any tips on making balanced cards

i just want to know how to use problem solving cart text to make cards a little bit more balanced and understandable by the opponent.

any other tips would also be nice

This card's name is always treated as "Buster Blader".
You can tribute one monster on the field to activate one of these effects:
● Special Summon one "Destruction Sword" monster from your GY.

There will be no issues understanding your cards or effects.

Some spelling errors were also amended. Such as the spelling of Inheriter being altered to Inheritor for proper grammar and a lot of "" added in where needed.
