This sounds .... scrappy. And almost random with both archetype and special summon eff with no cost. O.o

Oops the first effect wasn't suppose to be able to summon itself (that could get disgusting loops out)
Explanation of why each particular detail
2 earth monsters: Scraps are primarily earth attribute (and chimera makes a 2rating Link easily)
Atk: Becomes 2200 with the factory so fits with the "twin" part of the name. Also 1900 atk with an effect that can special summon scraps from grave, reference to chimera.
Link markers: Missus Radiant's link markers are the same
On "destruction" effect: Not weak to kaijus if this were to be out on the opponent's turn. Also follows the archetype's theme on boss monsters that replace themselves with scraps in the grave (and before you worry about it looping with the synchros, half the time you will have a 1900 or 2200 atk monster out. Easily killed in battle) when they die
Summon effect: Gets out golem (the pointing restriction is to semi-lock how many times this effect can be used) which in turn summons a scrap in the grave. You can either link from there (Missus maybe?) or even synchro Scrap Twin dragon aka Scrap's boss monster.
