Toon card support

Hi, I've created a set of support cards for the toon archetype that basically turns the archetype into a combo deck that aims to have a strong end board with multiple interrupts

also english is not my first language so sorry for possible grammatical errors



the first 3 cards are very similar to each other they play the role of starter and extender and help to make fusion, Synchro and xyz summons

the effect on normal summon is shared by all 3 of them as well as the method in which they special summon themselves what changes is the effect on special summon



Toon Gaga Magician

Level 4 DARK

Spellcaster/Effect/Toon

If you control "Toon World" and a Toon monster you can Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card is Normal Summoned you can add 1 Toon monster from your Deck tò your hand. If this card is Special Summoned while you control "Toon World" you can target 1 other face-up Toon monster you control, the Level of that monster or this card becomes the Level of the other. While you control "Toon World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly. You can only use each effect of "Toon Gagaga Magician" once per turn.

ATK/ 1500 DEF/ 1000

Inspired by one of Yuma's iconic monsters, its effect allows you to change his or another monster's level in order to immediately make an xyz summon.



Junk Toon-Er Synchron

Level 3 DARK

Warrior/Effect/Tuner/Toon

If you control "Toon World" and a Toon monster you can Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card is Normal Summoned you can add 1 Toon monster from your Deck tò your hand. If this card is Special Summoned while you control "Toon World" you can target 1 Toon Monster in your Graveyard, Special Summon that target, then declare a level from 1 to 5 that card level becomes that level until the End Phase. While you control "Toon World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly. You can only use each effect of "Junk Toon-Er Synchron once per turn.

ATK/ 1300 DEF/ 500

inspired by one of Yusei's iconic monsters its effect allows you to summon a monster from the graveyard and change its level so you can do Synchro Summons from level 4 to level 8 plus it could activate effects of other monsters in doing so



Elemental Hero Toon Neos

Level 7 LIGHT

Warrior/Effect/Toon

You can Normal Summon this card without Tributing but its Level becomes 4 and its original Atk becomes 1800. If you control "Toon World" and a Toon Monster you can Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card is Normal Summoned you can add 1 Toon Monster from your Deck to your hand If this card is Special Summoned You can add 1 "Polymerization" Spell Card from your Deck to your hand. While you control "Toon World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters this card can attack your opponent directly You can only use each effect of "Elemental Hero Toon Neos" once per turn.

ATK/2500 DEF/2000

inspired by one of Jaden's ace monsters its effect allows you to search a Polymerization spell yes you read that right I don't want it to become Verte 2.0 so the archetype's fusion spell is actually a Polymerization spell on the other hand this effect does not block you from searching super poly also having a high level will come in handy later



Kuribtoonh

Level 1 DARK

Fiend/Effect/Toon

If a Toon monster you control would be used as Material for a for a Fusion, Synchro, Xyz or Link Summon, this card in your hand can also be used as material if this card in the hand is used as material for a Fusion, Synchro, Xyz ,Link or Tributed for a Tribute or Ritual Summon of a Toon monster You can either add 1 "Toon" Spell/Trap from your Deck to your hand, or, if this card on the field was used as material, you can Special Summon 1 Toon monster from your Deck instead. This card can be treated as a Level 4 or 5 monster when used for a Synchro or Xyz Summon.

inspired by Yugi's iconic monster initially I wanted it to be a hand trap similar to Orange Light but then I discarded the idea for an effect similar to Micro Coder it also allows you to easily make Synchro and xyz summons without even using the effect of Junk Toon-Er Synchro or Toon Gagaga Magician



Odd-Eyes Toon Pendulum Dragon

Level 7 DARK

Scale: 4

Pendulum Effect:

Once per turn while you control "Toon world" Target 1 Toon monster you control destroy both It and this card then place 2 Toon Pendulum Monster from your Deck in your Pendulum Zone, also you can only Special Summon Toon monster for the rest of this turn.

Dragon/Pendulum/Effect/Toon

While you control "Toon World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly. If this card battles any battle damage this card inflicts to your opponent is doubled.

ATK/2500 DEF/2000

inspired by Yuya's monster ace this is part of a package that allows the deck to easily use a Pendulum summon and immediately have a spell/trap negate on the field



Toon Stargazer Magician

Level 5 DARK

Pendulum Effect

If you control "Toon world" and a Pendulum Summoned monster when your opponent activate a Spell card negate the activation and if you do destroy it. You can only use this effect of "Toon Stargazer Magician" once per turn.

Spellcaster/Pendulum/Effect/Toon

(Quick Effect) When this card is in your hand you can target 1 Toon monster you control return that monster to your hand then Special Summon a Toon monster from your hand except "Toon Timegazer Magician" and if you do that return this card to the Deck. While you control "Toon World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly.

inspired by Yuya's iconic monster being a garnet I wanted to try to give it an effect that could recycle it in the deck its effect allows you to do that and also be able to dodge handtrap



Toon Timegazer Magician

Level 3 DARK

Scale: 8

Pendulum Effect

If you control "Toon world" and a Pendulum Summoned monster when your opponent activate a Trap card negate the activation and if you do destroy it. You can only use this effect of "Toon Timegazer Magician" once per turn.

Spellcaster/Pendulum/Effect/Toon

If a "Toon" card(s) you control would leave the field by a opponent card effect you can return this card from the hand to the Deck instead. While you control "Toon World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly.

inspired by Yuya's iconic monster like the other scale I gave an effect that allowed to recycle it in the deck and to avoid removal effect



Toon Relinquished

Level 1 DARK

Spellcaster/Ritual/Effect/Toon

You can Ritual Summon this card with "Toon Black Illusion Ritual" You can discard this card add 1 Spell/Trap that specifically list "Toon world" in is text. You can only use this effect of "Toon Relinquished" once per turn. While you control Toon World and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly. (Quick Effect) You can target monster your opponent controls, equip that target to this card (max 1). This cards ATK/DEF became equal to that equipped monster's If you control "Toon World' this card gains this effect:
Replace this effect with the original effect of the monster equipped to this card.

ATK/0 DEF/0

inspired by Pegasus's ace monster has the same effect as the original Relinquished but I made it a quick effect if Toon World is on the field also gains the effects of the absorbing monster gaining better effect if Toon World Is on the field Is a thing in common with all boss monsters of the archetype the effect of discarding himself to search for a spell/trap allows him not to be a garnet in hand



Toon Black Illusion Ritual

Ritual Spell

This card can be used to Ritual Summon any Toon Ritual Monster from your hand or Graveyard. You must also Tribute Monsters from your hand or field whose total Levels equal or exceed the Level of the Ritual Monster you Ritual Summon. If you control "Toon world" when you activate this effect you can also use Toon monster(s) in your Graveyard by banishing them. You can banish this card from your Graveyard add Spell/Trap that specifically list "Toon world" in is text. You can only use this effect of "Toon Black Illusion Ritual" once per turn.

inspired by the ritual spell of the original Relinquished the ritual spell is much more of a garnet than the ritual monster but on the other hand it has a very strong effect and can banish itself from the graveyard to search for another spell/trap



Toontastic!!

Normal Spell

If you control "Toon world": Discard 1 card, add 1 Level 4 or lower Toon monster and 1 Level 5 or higher Toon monster from your Deck to your hand. You cannot Summon monster during the turn you activate this card except Toon monster. You can only activate 1 "Toontastic" per turn.

I know that the archetype already has 3 search spell already existing but I wanted to add one that synergizes better with the cards I created in



Toon Reborn

Normal Spell

If you control "Toon World": Target 1 Toon monster in your GY: Special Summon it. If "Toon World" was on the field when you activate this card you can draw 1 card. You cannot Summon monster during the turn you activate this card except Toon monster. You can only activate 1 "Toon Reborn" per turn.

simple reborn spell for the archetype with a small bonus if you control Toon World



Foolish Toon Burial

Normal Spell

Send 1 Toon monster from your Deck to the GY. If "Toon World" was on the field when you activate this card you can draw 1 card. You cannot Summon monster during the turn you activate this card except Toon monster. You can only activate 1 "Foolish Toon Burial" per turn.

simple foolish spell for the archetype with a small bonus if you control Toon World



Toon Polymerization

Normal Spell

Fusion Summon 1 Toon Fusion Monster by banishing Fusion Material from your field and Graveyard, if you control "Toon world" you can also banish 1 Fusion Material from your Deck and 1 Fusion Material from your Extra Deck.

the fusion spell of the archetype is more of a Miracle Fusion but if you control Toon World it makes it much easier to have the materials for the summon it seems a bit strange effect but you will understand better why it is like this with the next cards



Toon Flame Wingman

Level 6 Wind

Warrior/Fusion/Effect/Toon

1 Toon monster + 1 Effect monster

If this card is Fusion Summoned send 1 card on the field to the Graveyard. While you control "Toon World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly. While you control "Toon world" this card can make 2 attacks time during each Battle Phase this turn When this card inflict Battle damage to your opponent Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of 1 monster on the field.

ATK/ 2100 DEF/ 1200

inspired by one of Jaden's ace monsters it is very easy to summon with the fusion spell of the archetype but it is obviously designed to be used with super poly the battle effect allows you to inflict more than 8000 damage to the opponent





Toon Stardust Dragon

Level 8 Wind

1 Toon-Er Tuner monster + 1+ non-Tuner Toon monster

While you control "Toon World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly. When a monster would be Summoned OR a Spell Card, Trap Card, or monster effect is activated: (Quick Effect): You can Tribute this card; destroy that card. If you control "Toon World" when you activates this effect you can also negate the effect of that card During the End Phase, if this effect was activated this turn (and was not negated) You can Special Summon this card from your GY.

ATK/2500 DEF/2000

inspired by Yusei's ace monster its effect is similar to that of the original Stardust but it can be activated with almost any action that the opponent makes and if you control Toon world it becomes a omini-negate


Number:39 Toon Utopia

2 Level 4 Toon monster

While you control "Toon World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly. When a opponent monster declares an attack. You can detach 1 material from this card, negate the attack then end the Battle Phase. If you control "Toon world" when your opponent activate a monster effect you can detach 1 material from this card negate the activation, and if you do destroy it. During the End Phase if this card has no Xyz material you can target up to 2 Toon monster in your Graveyard attach those target to this card as material. You can only use each effect of "Number 39 Toon Utopia once per turn".

inspired by Yuma's ace monster like the original Utopia it has an effect that stops attacks but much stronger I also wanted to add a monster negate to it and being that it has 2 effects that detach material I also added an effect that allows it to recover materials

Gains 500 ATK for each monster this card points to During your Main Phase, you can Normal Summon Set: 1 Toon monster in addition to your Normal Summon Set. While you control "Toon World" If a monster(s) is Normal or Special Summoned to the zone(s) this card points to (except during the Damage Step. You can add 1 Spell/Trap that specifically list "Toon world" in is text from your Deck to your hand. You can only use each effect of "Toon Code Talker" once per turn.

inspired by one of Playmaker's iconic monsters gives an extra normal summon to the archetype and is a searcher of the archetype's spell/traps



Toon Decode Talker

Gains 500 ATK for each monster it points to. While you control "Toon World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly. When your opponent activates a card or effect that while remove a card from the field (Quick Effect): you can tribute a monster this card point to negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card. While you control Toon world when you summon a Fusion Synchro Xyz or Link monster to a zone this card point to your can target 1 Toon monster in your graveyard Special Summon that target in a zone this card point to.

Toon Firewall Dragon

While you control "Toon World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly.

inspired by one of Playmaker's ace monsters has the same effect as the original Firewall Dragon but if you control Toon World it spins up to the number of Toon monsters you control so you can bounce back at least 1 card with a maximum of 6



Ultimate Master Toon Creator Pegasus

Level 12 DARK

Pendulum Effect

You can target 1 card in the other Pendulum zone for the rest of this turn is scale become 0. You can destroy 1 face-up "Toon" card you control: Special Summon this card from your Pendulum zone. You can only use each effect of "Ultimate Master Toon Creator Pegasus" once per turn.

Spellcaster/Fusion/Pendulum/Effect/Toon

6 Toon Monster (1 Ritual, 1 Fusion, 1 Synchro, 1 Xyz, 1 Pendulum, 1 Link) Must be first Fusion Summoned with "Toon Polymerization". if this card is Special Summoned destroy all card on the field expect Toon card. This face up card on the field cannot be Tributed. When a card or effect is activated (Quick Effect). You can banish 2 Toon card from your hand, field or graveyard except this card, negate the activation, and if you do destroy that card. Once per turn during each Standby Phase: banish 1 Toon card from your hand field or graveyard. If "Toon World" is not on the field this card effect are negate and its original ATK and DEF became o. If this card in the Monster Zone leaves the field: You can place this card in your Pendulum Zone.

and finally the real boss monster of the archetype anime style a big evil corrupted monstrous version of Pegasus who uses all types of monsters as materials who instead of enjoyng his beloved cartoons consume them to obtain a power never seen before but seriously speaking perhaps I have exaggerated a bit with this card untargetable indistructable thanks to Toon Kingdom cannot be tribute omni-negate not once per turn and it can reborn itself but you can always remove it with Godess, super poly and non target non destruction removal Is hard tò summon it need to use fuel even just to live it cannot use materials as fuel because the fusion spell banish them also the archetype has no way to use or recover the banned cards considering all this in my opinion I balanced it well
