These 2 effects your monsters have:
don't need to be marked as quick effects, since their wording actually makes them trigger effects. They'll trigger either player's turn as intended, without the inclusion of Quick Effect.
I also think you can shorten "from your hand" and "from your GY" to "from yours" so the text reads:
If your opponent Special Summons a monster from their hand: You can Special Summon this card from yours. If your opponent Special Summons a monster(s) from their GY: You can Special Summon this card from yours.
Several official cards already use "yours" as a substitute for "your LP" for example, such as Puppet Ritual, so it should be fine to use "yours" as a substitute for your hand and your GY.
I also think the second "monster" should have "(s)" at the end, so it's clear that effect triggers once per summon, even when that summon is multiple monsters being summoned at the same time.
This other text your monsters have:
isn't worded right in my opinion. It isn't clear if the "with its own effect" thing applies to also the hand or just the graveyard.
I'd change that to:
After you Special Summon this card, cards cannot be Special Summoned from the GY by their own activated effects for the rest of this turn.
Secutor Omikron's last effect can be shortened from:
Target 1 other "Secutor" card in your GY; Set that target on your field
to just:
Target 1 other "Secutor" card in your GY; Set it
Anything that sets a card from your own deck or gy will always set to your own field by default. The only time you'd need to specify that an effect sets to your field is if the effect in question can also steal and set an opponent's card, such as the effect of Toadally Awesome.
Secutor Beta's last effect can probably be buffed from:
Face-up monsters your opponent controls lose 100 ATK/DEF for each "Secutor" card you control.
to:
While another "Secutor" card is on your field or GY, monsters your opponent controls lose 500 ATK/DEF.
It's easier to keep track of a fixed stat decrease of 500 than of decreases based on a number of cards on field.
Secutor Alpha's last effect can probably be buffed from:
"Secutor" cards you control cannot be banished or shuffled into the Deck by your opponent's activated card effects.
to:
While you control another "Secutor" card, cards on the field cannot be returned to the Deck or banished.
Also, keep in mind that Konami ruled that if an effect prevents a card from returning to "the Deck," that also includes the Extra Deck. https://db.ygorganization.com/card#8191
This is a weird ruling since Deck usually refers to only the Main Deck, but Konami decided that this should be one of those exceptions to that rule.
Secutor X's last effect can be buffed from:
If a "Secutor" monster battles an opponent's monster, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects until the end of the Damage Step.
to:
If your "Secutor" monster battles, your opponent cannot activate anything until the end of the Damage Step.
I sometimes like to use the term "anything" instead of "cards or effects" since activating anything is always going to be activating some card or effect by default, but... you can stick with "cards of effects" if necessary.
Secutor Khan's last effect can be buffed from:
Fusion, Synchro, Xyz and Link Materials, as well as Tributed monsters for Ritual Summons, can be used only from the hand OR field OR Deck OR GY.
to:
Materials for each Fusion, Synchro, Xyz, and Link Summon, as well as Tributes for each Ritual Summon, must be all from the hand or all from the field.
I think this is how I'd word this.
Secutor Charge should be shortened from:
Use 1 of the following effects. If your opponent controls a monster Special Summoned from the hand or GY, you can use both effects instead, in order:
● Special Summon 1 "Secutor" monster from your hand or GY, also, it gains 1000 ATK until the end of this turn.
● If you control a "Secutor" monster: Destroy 1 face-up card your opponent controls.
to:
Activate 1 of these effects, or if your opponent controls a monster Special Summoned from the hand or GY, you can activate both in sequence.
● Special Summon 1 "Secutor" monster from your hand or GY. It gains 1000 ATK this turn.
● If you control a "Secutor" monster: Destroy 1 face-up card your opponent controls.
You need to replace "Use" with "Activate" or "Apply" so it's clear if you're activating or applying the effect(s). The difference between activating and applying is that, when choosing one of multiple bulleted effects to activate, you let the opponent know which effect you're choosing before anyone gets to respond, but when applying one of multiple bulleted effects, you don't have to let anyone know which effect you're choosing until resolution.
This also goes for Secutor Challenge. That too needs to have its "Use" replaced with "Activate" or "Apply".
This is why Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring can't be chained to Elemental HERO Stratos's effect unless that card is specifically choosing to add a HERO monster to the hand, but can be chained to Wavering Eyes even if that card is only applying its damage inflicting effect and neither of its searching effects.
Green Sector Rush's second effect can be shortened from:
If either player would receive battle damage from a battle involving an "Orcess" or "Secutor" monster you control, you can banish this card from your GY; that damage is reduced to 0.
to:
If you would take damage from a battle involving an "Orcess" or "Secutor" monster, you can banish this card from your GY instead.
That damage prevention effect (as well as the same kind of effect Secutor Dodge has) shouldn't have a semi-colon, as it doesn't look like you intended for that effect to activate. You also don't need to say "battle damage from a battle" anymore. You can say "damage from a battle" without writing "battle" twice there. See Muscle Medic as an example of this, how that card doesn't say "battle" twice:
Secutor Packed can be shortened from:
Take 1 "Secutor" monster from your Deck and either add it to your hand, or send it to the GY.
to:
Add to your hand or send to the GY 1 "Secutor" monster from your Deck.
See Dogmatika Encounter an example of this newer shorter way to word such an effect, while cards like Souleating Oviraptor may still word it the old way:
Secutor Sector should be shortened from:
Neither player can Special Summon monsters from the Deck. When a "Secutor" monster is Special Summoned by its own effect, apply 1 of the following effects, depending on where it was Summoned from:
● From the hand: The next monster effect your opponent activates on the field this turn is negated.
● From the GY: The next Spell Card or effect that your opponent activates this turn is negated.
to:
While another "Secutor" card is on your field or GY, neither player can Special Summon from the Deck. If a "Secutor" monster(s) is Special Summoned by "Secutor" monster effect: Apply 1 of these effects based on where it was Summoned from.
● Hand: Negate your opponent's next monster effect that resolves this turn.
● GY: Negate your opponent's next Spell effect that resolves this turn.
I think the first effect might actually be broken if it could easily be splashed into any deck, since unlike Deck Lockdown which also prevents deck summoning, this card doesn't destroy itself after any standby phase and can be unleashed with Metaverse and Demise of the Land.
You no longer need to list "monsters" as the thing "neither player can Special Summon," since anything that prevents special summon will then obviously prevent special summoning of monsters. See Pot of Riches as an example, how that card says "you cannot Special Summon" without including "monsters," while other cards like Gateway to Dark World still include the "monsters" part unnecessarily.
Also, you don't need the words "from your" after those bullet points. You can just say ● Hand and ● GY, like how The Iris Swordsoul words it:
Secutor Dodge can be buffed from:
When a "Secutor" monster you control is targeted for an attack or by your opponent's card effect: Negate that attack or effect, then draw 1 card. If you would receive battle damage while this card is in your GY: You can banish 2 "Secutor" cards from your GY; that damage is reduced to 0.
to:
When a "Secutor" monster you control is targeted for an attack or by card effect: Negate the attack or effect, then draw 1 card. If you would take battle damage while this card is in your GY, you can banish 2 "Secutor" cards from it instead.
Secutor Rex doesn't need to have parentheses in its material requirement, so:
1+ non-Tuner Warrior monster(s)
can be shortened to:
1+ non-Tuner Warrior monsters
it'll still get to be summoned using 1 non-tuner warrior, or more than 1 non-tuner warrior, as long as the other materials are still correct like any other synchro summon.
I'm also not sure why it needs an effect treating itself as also Warrior, as none of your other cards rely on any monster having the Warrior typing in any way.
If there's still some reason you need it to also be Warrior, then the proper way to word that would be:
While face-up on the field, this card is also Warrior-Type.
not:
This card you control is also treated as a Warrior monster.
just like how cards like Chaos Grepher word their extra-attribute effects:
- If your opponent Special Summons a monster from their hand (Quick Effect): You can Special Summon this card from your hand.
- If your opponent Special Summons a monster from their GY (Quick Effect): You can Special Summon this card from your GY.
don't need to be marked as quick effects, since their wording actually makes them trigger effects.

This other text your monsters have:
- You can only Special Summon 1 "Secutor" monster from your hand and 1 from your GY with its own effect per turn.
isn't worded right in my opinion.
Target 1 other "Secutor" card in your GY; Set that target on your field
to just:
