Deck Spotlight: Meet The Colors (Again)

Post #1 by UberTrainerMinusInfinity » Sun Jul 02, 2023 10:05 pm

MEET THE COLORS
https://www.duelingbook.com/deck?id=12750841
Year of Origin: 2019, as part of Preschool Prep Company.
Is it real?: Yes
Ace Monster: Meet The Rainbow!
The Main Races: Fiend
The Main Attributes: FIRE, WATER, EARTH, WIND, LIGHT, DARK, DIVINE
Extra Monsters: Fusion
Attack: 4/5
Defence: 4/5
Strategy: 5/5
Intellect: 5/5
Luck: 5/5
THE STORY:
Children will fall in love with these wonderful characters as they "Meet the Colors."!
STRATEGY:
....Except here. Here, this team of colors is here to disrupt enemy tactics to oblivion, one Fusion Summon at a time! Taking hues from a Duel Portal archetype of past lost, the three primary Meet The Colors, can search each other out when they're summoned for an easy Fusion Summon, in the order of Meet The Red, Meet The Blue, and Meet The Yellow, then back to Meet The Red. Each one can also destroy an enemy card by discarding a Meet card, which is a quick effect while your opponent controls a Set monster! In order, Meet The Red pops Traps, Meet The Blue pops Spells, and Meet The Yellow pops Monsters.
Once you get two colors together, you can fuse them together to form a secondary color, preferably with Meet The Chest, which allows you to fuse monsters from the deck if your GY has a Meet Fusion monster! Meet The Green prevents your opponent from Special Summoning during your turn and can force your opponent to give up the top five cards of their deck for the life of a Special Summoned monster, Meet The Orange makes all your opponent's monsters harder to Normal Summon and can protect Meet cards by discarding one, while Meet The Purple ruins enemy archetype effects during your turn by making their names be Kuriboh, and can prevent any 1 card from being activated by banishing a Fiend from your GY, but your opponent also gets to choose a card to nulify this turn! When they are destroyed, they can split back into their Fusion Materials for another Fusion Summon!
Unite a Meet Fusion Monster with 2 Meet monsters to form this deck's saving grace, Meet The Rainbow! This heavy behemoth mills the deck of anyone who Special Summons a monster, and stops your opponent from Special Summoning entirely if you have a complete rainbow of Meet cards in your GY! (7 or more Meet monsters with different names, of which 3 are Fusion monsters: Bringing out and destroying the three prior Fusion monsters and using Meet The White or Meet The Black for material for Meet The Rainbow's Summon will easily fulfil this requirement) Plus, it cannot be destroyed the turn it was summoned!
KILLER COMBOS:
Meet The Painting is the deck's primary searcher, allowing you to search out a Meet card and recycle Polymerization or Meet The Chest in a single go! In an emergency, it can also get rid of Special Summoned monsters or inflict damage!
If Meet The White is used as Fusion Material, you get to search out any 1 Fusion Material, potentially setting up another Fusion Summon if you have'nt used your Normal Summon yet and you search out one of the primary colors, and her drawback doesn't really matter if all your named Fusion Materials are Fiend Monsters! Plus, she can subsitute any 1 named fusion material!
This deck is also compatible with Grapha, Dragon Overlord Of Dark World, especially with Meet The Chest: To bring him out in this deck, you need to fuse his base form with either Meet The White or Meet The Purple, or the single Kuriboh.....
....Because, in an emergency, you can use Meet The Purple's drawback to your advantage with Multiply!
The first topic was starting to turn into a guttermouth convention, use this one instead!

You might do it differently but we don't make these custom cards professionally. If you truly must set your standards to professional Konami grade, then go elsewhere. Your routine is tiring and unproductive. And if you keep it up, the mods might have to ban you from the forums.

Unfortunately there is no site in the custom card... although this site is going down the drain due to too many toxic users and art thieves.

Why am I not surprised that someone like you (online) isn't welcome anywhere (online)

Ever since I created the first Link monsters (around 2016), they already started hating Yugioh from all sides. (Included YGOPro discord)
