WHERE'S WALDO?
https://www.duelingbook.com/deck?id=12616223
Year of Origin: 1987
Is it real?: Yes
Ace Monster: Where's Waldo?
The Main Races: Spellcaster
The Main Attributes: WATER
Extra Monsters: None
Attack: 1/5
Defence: 5/5
Strategy: 5/5
Intellect: 5/5
Luck: 4/5
THE STORY:
Greetings, Wally Watchers! I seem to have taken a wrong turn and have ended up in this website they used to call ''Dueling Network''. Still, I've made lots of new friends from various shows I've heard of, alongside some real meta breakers...I heard they did this once in a site they call ''Duel Portal''. But the question is....WHERE'S WALDO?
STRATEGY:
WHERE'S WALDO? With this deck, you can answer the question! This deck centralizes around Where's Waldo, a special monster with a win condition! At the start of your turn, you can either send 1 Field Spell card from your deck to the GY, or try your luck and try to find Waldo by rolling two dice. If the result is less than the number of unique Field Spell cards in your GY, you find him, and you instantly win! But be careful, on any other roll, all your Field Spell cards in your GY get shuffled back into your deck! To guarantee a win, you'll need to get 13 or more unique Field Spell cards in your GY!
To get as many Field Spell cards in your GY as possible, Waldo's friends are here to help! Where's Woof can flip himself face-down, and send a Field to Special Summon a Where monster when he's flipped face-up, and can be Special Summoned from the hand while you control a Where monster, Where's Wenda mills Fields according to the number of Where cards you control at the end of your turn, and Where's Whitebeard can summon Where monsters, and destroy all your opponent's Spell/Trap cards if you summoned Where's Waldo this way. He also protects your WATER Spellcaster monsters, and can tribute 3 WATER Spellcaster monsters to make it so that your next attempt to find Waldo only rolls one dice instead of two, making it easier to win!
Let's not forget the Fields that Waldo himself once hid in! When they're activated, they can search out Where's Waldo if you don't control him, and when they're destroyed, they can easily replace themselves with a new Where field spell! Each one also has both a passive effect and a triggered effect: For example, Where's Waldo at the Toys! Toys! Toys! Can revive a Where monster at the end of your enemy turn and can protect a WATER Spellcaster monster from destruction by destroying itself, Where's Waldo at the Mighty Fruit Fight protects your monsters with 1100 or less ATK from being attacked and can mill Field Spells relative to the number of Where cards you control, Where's Waldo at the Land of Giants can Special Summon a Where monster and prevent your opponent from Special summoning level/Rank/Link 7 or higher monsters, and Where's Waldo at the Castle Siege can destroy a Where monster you control and two cards your opponent controls as a Quick Effect!
KILLER COMBOS:
After dumping all the Field Spell cards in your hand, activate Where's Waldo at the Mighty Fruit Fight, search out Where's Waldo, Normal Summon him, and use his effect to search out Where's Woof. Special Summon Where's Woof by his own effect, then use Where's Waldo at The Mighty Fruit Fight's effect to mill 3 Field Spells! If Where's Woof is already in your hand, you can have Where's Waldo search out Where's Waldo at the Land Of Giants instead, and use its effect after you have used Where's Waldo at the Mighty Fruit Fight's effect to bring out Where's Wanda, milling four more Field Spell cards at the end of your turn! If Where's Waldo at the Mighty Fruit Fight is not in your hand, you can search out Waldo with another of your Where's Waldo field spell cards, have him search out Where's Waldo at the Land of the Giants, then use it's effect to bring out another Where's Waldo! NOTE: Most of the effects of the Where's Field Spells are hard once per turns!
Since you have very little reason to attack, anti-attack Traps like Gravity Bind are perfect for this deck!
REMEMBER:
Activating a Field Spell card while you already control one will send that field spell to the GY!

Where's Christen you might ask? Well, he's possibly lost in the Court during his "Jury Duty" but the real question is.... How can we improve this? Well, the answer is, these fixes!

For "Where's Waldo?" it should be...
If this card is Summoned: Change this card Defense Position. When this card is Normal Summoned; you can add 1 "Where's" card from your Deck to your hand, except "Where's Waldo" and if you do, you can make this card's Level becomes 1. Once per turn: during your Standby Phase, activate 1 of these effects.
● Send 1 Field Spell card from your hand/Deck/field to the GY.
● Roll a six-sided die twice, If the combined result is less than the number of Field Spell cards in your GY with different names, you win the duel. Otherwise, shuffle all Field Spell cards from your GY into your Deck. Neither player can activate cards or effects in response to this effect.

instead of
When this is Normal Summoned: You can add 1 ''Where'' card from your deck to your hand, except this card, and if you do, you can make this card's level 1. If this is summoned: Switch it to Defence Position. At the start of your turn, activate one of these effects:
● Send 1 Field Spell card from your hand/deck/field to the GY.
● Roll 2 six-sided die. If the total roll is less than the number of Field Spell cards in your GY with different names, you win the Duel. Otherwise, shuffle all Field Spell cards in your GY into the Deck. This effect cannot be negated, and other effects cannot be activated in response to this.

Where's Wenda? can be corrected to...
Gains 300 ATK for each Field Spell in your GY with a Different name. Other ''Where's''' cards you control cannot be destroyed by card effects. Once per turn, (Quick Effect): If a ''Where's'' monster you control is targeted for an attack, you can banish 1 Field Spell card from your GY; your monster gains 1000 ATK/DEF during the Damage Step only, then, if you have 5 or more Field Spells in your GY, you can target 1 Spell/Trap on the field: banish it. During the End Phase, you can send a number of Field Spells from your Deck to the GY with different names from each other up to the number of "Where's" cards you control. You can only use this effect of "Where's Wenda" once per Turn.
rather than
Gains 300 ATK for each Field Spell card in your GY. Your other ''Where's'' cards, except this card, cannot be destroyed by card effects. If a ''Where'' monster would be attacked, you can banish 1 Field Spell card from your GY; (Quick Effect) That ''Where'' monster gains 1000 ATK/DEF until the end of this turn, also if you have 5 or more Field Spell cards in your GY, you can target 1 Spell/Trap card on the field: banish it. You can only activate this effect once per turn. At the end of each turn, for each ''Where'' card you control: You can send 1 Field Spell card from your deck to the GY.

Where's Whitebeard? (Insert CBT Wizard Joke here) can be fixed to...
You can Normal Summon this card without Tributing, but its original ATK becomes halved. Your other WATER Spellcaster monsters cannot be destroyed by battle. You can only use each of the following effects of "Where's Whitebeard?" once per turn. When this card is Normal or Special Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 ''Where's'' monster from your hand/GY, then, if you Special Summoned ''Where's Waldo?'' this way, you can destroy all Spells and Traps your opponent controls. You cannot declare an attack during the turn you activate this effect. If your opponent has 4000 or less LP, (Quick Effect): you can tribute 3 WATER Spellcaster monsters you control: during your next Standby Phase, if you would roll a six-sided die twice for the effect of "Where's Waldo", you can roll 1 six-sided die instead.
rather than...
Can be normal Summoned without tributing. If this is summoned without tributing: While it is on the field, it's original ATK is halved. When this is summoned, you can Special Summon 1 ''Where'' monster from your hand/GY, then if you Special Summoned ''Where's Waldo?'' this way, you can destroy all Spell/Trap cards your opponent controls. You cannot attack the turn you activate this effect. Your other WATER Spellcaster monsters cannot be destroyed by battle. If your opponent has 4000 or less LP, you can tribute 3 WATER Spellcaster monsters: The next time you roll 2 or more die for the effect of ''Where's Waldo'', you can roll 1 die instead.

Where's Woof? can be modified to...
If you control a 'Where's'' card, you can Special Summon this from your hand. Once per turn: You can change this card to face-down Defense Position. When this card is flipped face-up, you can send 1 Field Spell card from your hand/deck/field to the GY: Special Summon 1 ''Where's'' monster from your Deck, except this "Where's Woof", and if you do, it cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects this turn.
rather than
If you control a face-up ''Where'' card, you can Special Summon this from your hand. Once per turn: You can change this card to face-down Defense Position. When this card is flipped face-up, you can send 1 Field Spell card from your hand/deck/field to the GY: Special Summon 1 ''Where'' monster from your deck, except this card, and if you do, it cannot be destroyed this turn.

Now, let's find the Mistakes in the Field Spells!
"Where's Waldo? At The Castle Siege" can be renamed to "Where's Waldo at the Castle Siege?" and it's effect should be read as...
Neither player can banish Field Spells from the GY. You can only use each of the following effects of "Where's Waldo at the Castle Siege?" once per turn.
● If this card is activated and you do not control a face-up ''Where's Waldo?'', you can add 1 ''Where's Waldo?'' from your Deck to your hand.
● You can target 1 ''Where's'' card you control and up to 2 cards on the field, including a card your opponent controls; (Quick Effect) Destroy those targets. Your opponent takes no damage the turn you activate this effect.
● When this card is destroyed by your opponent's card effect and sent to the GY: You can activate 1 ''Where's'' Field Spell directly from your Deck.

instead of
Field Spell cards in the GYs cannot be banished. You can only activate each of the following effects of this card once per turn.
● If this is activated, if you do not control a face-up ''Where's Waldo?'': You can add 1 ''Where's Waldo?'' from your deck to your hand.
● You can target 1 ''Where'' card you control and up to 2 cards on the field, including a card your opponent controls; (Quick Effect) Destroy both targets. Your opponent takes no damage the turn you activate this effect.
● When this is destroyed by your opponent's card effect and sent to the GY: You can activate 1 ''Where'' Field Spell card from your deck.

Like before, "Where's Waldo? At The Land Of Giants" can be renamed to "Where's Waldo at the Land of Giants?" and the effect must be read as
While there is a ''Where's'' monster on the field, neither player can Special Summon Level/Rank/Link 7 or higher monsters, except WATER Spellcaster monsters. You can only use each of the following effects of "Where's Waldo at the Land of Giants?" once per turn.
● If this card is activated and you do not control a face-up ''Where's Waldo?'', you can add 1 ''Where's Waldo?'' from your Deck to your hand.
● When card this is activated: You can Special Summon 1 ''Where's" monster from your hand/Deck/GY.
● When this card is destroyed by your opponent's card effect and sent to the GY: You can activate 1 ''Where's'' Field Spell directly from your Deck.

instead of
While there is a ''Where'' monster on the field, neither player can Special Summon level/rank/link 7 or higher monsters, except WATER Spellcaster monsters. You can only activate each of the following effects of this card once per turn.
● If this is activated, if you do not control a face-up ''Where's Waldo?'': You can add 1 ''Where's Waldo?'' from your deck to your hand.
● When this is activated: You can Special Summon 1 ''Where'' monster from your hand/deck/GY.
● When this is destroyed by your opponent's card effect and sent to the GY: You can activate 1 ''Where'' Field Spell card from your deck.

"Where's Waldo? At The Mighty Fruit Fight" can be renamed to "Where's Waldo at the Mighty Fruit Fight?" and it's effect can be rewritten as...
Your opponent cannot declare an attack on amonster you control with 1100 or less ATK. You can only activate use each of the following effects of "Where's Waldo at the Mighty Fruit Fight?" once per turn.
● If this card is activated and you do not control a face-up ''Where's Waldo?'', you can add 1 ''Where's Waldo?'' from your Deck to your hand.
● You can send a number of Field Spells from your Deck to the GY up to the number of other "Where's" cards you control.
● When this card is destroyed by your opponent's card effect and sent to the GY: You can activate 1 ''Where's'' Field Spell directly from your Deck

"Where's Waldo? At The Toys! Toys! Toys!" can be renamed to "Where's Waldo at the Toys! Toys! Toys!?" and the effect can be read as
If a WATER Spellcaster monster would be destroyed, destroy this card instead. You can only use each of the following effects of "Where's Waldo at the Toys! Toys! Toys!?" once per turn.
● If this card is activated and you do not control a face-up ''Where's Waldo?'', you can add 1 ''Where's Waldo?'' from your Deck to your hand.
● During your opponent's End Phase, you can target 1 ''Where's'' monster in your GY: Special Summon it.
● When this card is destroyed by your opponent's card effect and sent to the GY: You can activate 1 ''Where's'' Field Spell directly from your Deck.

and Finally, "Where's Waldo? At The Train Station" can be renamed to "Where's Waldo at the Train Station?" and it's effect be rewritten as
''Where's'' monsters you control are unaffected by your opponent's Trap effects. You can only use each of the following effects of "Where's Waldo as the Train Station?" once per turn.
● If this card is activated and you do not control a face-up ''Where's Waldo?'', you can add 1 ''Where's Waldo?'' from your Deck to your hand.
● (Quick Effect): You can target 1 other ''Where's'' card you control, neither player can return the targeted card to the hand this turn.
● When this card is destroyed by your opponent's card effect and sent to the GY: You can activate 1 ''Where's'' Field Spell directly from your Deck.

james123's changes are now live on Dueling Book! Apart from the obscure fact that the deck no longer synergizes with Where Arf Thou, they are mostly wording changes. Still, thank you for them!
