Deck Spotlight: Rubbadubbers

THE STORY:
In a house in Bathsville, a band of bathroom toys come to life when no-one's looking. They have dreams of how to get around situations, and, more notably, get themselves ready for bathtime when it arrives!
STRATEGY:
The Rubbadubbers specialize in keeping themselves clean from enemy effects, and they do this by bouncing themselves back to the hand at the start of your turn before summoning themselves again. Their effects also can't be negated during your turn!
They additionally gain benefits whenever a Rubbadubber is Special Summoned, such as Rubbadubba Amelia providing healing, and Special Summoning a level 4 or lower Rubbadubber when she's summoned, Rubbadubba Reg providing card draw, and Rubbadubber Finbar powering up when he's summoned based on the number of Rubbadubbers that were summoned this turn.
Their Spell cards also keep the battlefield clean: Rubbadubber Bounce can bounce enemy effects right back at them, and banish all level 3 or lower enemy monsters if the effect would have destroyed one of your Rubbadubbers, Rubbadubba Dive can Special Summon Rubbadubba monsters, and Rubbadubba Dream and Rubbadubba Tub can bounce back Rubbadubbas for extra summons! (Rubbadubba Dream is also the deck's main searcher!)
When you're ready to make the final splash, bring out the group's leader, Rubbadubber Tubb! Not only does he gain a permanent ATK boost that lingers even when he leaves the field whenever a Rubbadubber monster is summoned, but he also stops hand traps dead in their tracks when he's summoned. He can also protect your Rubbadubbas from enemy cards effects during your turn, and turn enemy effects into mere healing by tributing a Rubbadubber!
KILLER COMBOS:
Use Rubbadubber Dive to Special Summon Rubbadubber Finbar, then use Rubbadubber Dream to search out Rubbadubber Tubb. If you have not yet used your Normal Summon, you can use Rubbadubber Dream to bounce Rubbadubber Finbar, Normal Summon him, and then, by treating him as 2 tributes, Tribute Summon Rubbadubber Tubb!
Rubbadubber Sploshy is the deck's other searcher, but his ability to Normal Summon an additional Fish monster is quite difficult to trigger in most situations without the right cards, as you need to summon 2 or more Rubbadubbers that turn. But remember, you can always summon extra Rubbadubbers by bouncing them back at the start of the turn and then Special Summoning them, which will help power up Rubbadubber Finbar and Rubbadubber Tubb!
With no Trap cards, Royal Decree can easily be used without any worry on your own cards.

Rubbadubber Amelia's effect can be shortened from:
During your turn, this card's effects cannot be negated. At the start of your turn: You can return this to your hand, then Special Summon 1 ''Rubbadubber Amelia'' from your hand. When this is Normal Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 ''Rubbadubber'' monster from your hand, then gain 400 LP for each ''Rubbadubber'' monster you control. If you control a face-up ''Rubbadubber Tubb'', this effect is also applied if it is Special Summoned. Whenever you summon a ''Rubbadubber'' monster, gain 100 LP.

You can only use each of these effects of "Rubbadubber Amelia" once per turn and can only activate them while you have no cards in your Extra Deck.
● During the Standby Phase: Return this card to the hand; show your hand, also Special Summon 1 "Rubbadubber" monster from it.

Effects don't activate at the very start of any turn.

Recommend the following changes to the rest of your archetype's cards to make the monsters' wording more similar and improve readability.

Rubbadubber Finbar
You can only use each of these effects of "Rubbadubber Finbar" once per turn and can only activate them while you have no cards in your Extra Deck.
● During the Standby Phase: Return this card to the hand; show your hand, also Special Summon 1 "Rubbadubber" monster from it.
● If this card is Special Summoned while you control a face-up Field Spell or Normal Summoned: Until the end of this turn, this card gains 1000/DEF ATK for each monster you currently control, also if this card attacks, your opponent cannot activate anything until the end of the Damage Step.


Rubbadubber Reg
You can only use each of these effects of "Rubbadubber Reg" once per turn and can only activate them while you have no cards in your Extra Deck.
● During the Standby Phase: Return this card to the hand; show your hand, also Special Summon 1 "Rubbadubber" monster from it.
● If this card is Special Summoned while you control a face-up Field Spell or Normal Summoned: Draw cards equal to the number of monsters you control, and if you do, you can shuffle any number of cards from your GY into the Deck.


[Rubbadubber Sploshy
You can only use each of these effects of "Rubbadubber Sploshy" once per turn and can only activate them while you have no cards in your Extra Deck.
● During the Standby Phase: Return this card to the hand; show your hand, also Special Summon 1 "Rubbadubber" monster from it.
● If this card is Special Summoned while you control a face-up Field Spell or Normal Summoned: You can add 1 "Rubbadubber" card or 1 Fish monster from your Deck or GY to your hand, and if you do, you can shuffle any number of cards from your GY into the Deck.


Rubbadubber Terence
You can only use each of these effects of "Rubbadubber Terence" once per turn and can only activate them while you have no cards in your Extra Deck.
● During the Standby Phase: Return this card to the hand; show your hand, also Special Summon 1 "Rubbadubber" monster from it.
● If this card is Special Summoned while you control a face-up Field Spell or Normal Summoned: Target 1 face-up Spell/Trap your opponent controls (if possible); show your hand, also Special Summon 1 "Rubbadubber" monster from it, and if you do, destroy that target (if any).


Rubbadubber Tubb
You can only use each of these effects of "Rubbadubber Tubb" once per turn and can only activate them while you have no cards in your Extra Deck.
● If you control a "Rubbadubber" card, you can (Quick Effect): Immediately after this effect resolves, Normal Summon this card.
● When a card or effect is activated that targets no cards (Quick Effect): You can negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it.


Rubbadubber Winona
You can only use each of these effects of "Rubbadubber Winona" once per turn and can only activate them while you have no cards in your Extra Deck.
● During the Standby Phase: Return this card to the hand; show your hand, also Special Summon 1 "Rubbadubber" monster from it.
● When a card or effect is activated that targets exactly 1 card while, or when your opponent declares an attack while, this monster is in your hand (if you control "Rubbadubber Tub") or field (even if not): You can target another card on the field/GY that would be an appropriate target; that card/effect/attack now targets the new target.


Rubbadubber Arrangement
If you have no cards in your Extra Deck: Excavate the top 3 cards of your Deck, and if you do, add 2 excavated cards to your hand including a "Rubbadubber" card, also shuffle the rest into the Deck.

Rubbadubber Dive
If you have no cards in your Extra Deck: Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower LIGHT Fish monster from your hand/GY in Attack Position, and if you do, while you control that face-up monster, you can activate its effects as Quick Effects.

Rubbadubber Dream
When you activate this card, you can also target 1 "Rubbadubber" card you control; add 1 "Rubbadubber" card from your Deck or GY to your hand except "Rubbadubber Dream", and if you do, return that target (if any) to the hand, and if you do that, during your Main Phase this turn, you can Normal Summon 1 LIGHT Fish monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.)

Rubbadubber Tub
LIGHT Fish monsters gain 1000 ATK/DEF. Once per turn: You can reveal 2 monsters in your hand, including a LIGHT Fish monster, your opponent picks 1 of the 2 monsters, you Special Summon it, ignoring its Summoning conditions, and if you do, you can shuffle any number of cards from your field and/or GY into the Deck except that monster. You must have no cards in your Extra Deck to activate and resolve this effect.

Recommend deleting Rubbadubber Together as the archetype can now do all the basic stuff it needs to be able to do and could instead use extra staple cards.

Christen57's changes are now live on Duelingbook! Hopefully, this will make the deck a lot more cleaner now that they can summon any Rubbadubber with their bouncing effects, not just themselves, even if it is no longer optional: In addition, many of their effects get deadlier, such as Rubbadubber Reg being able to draw multiple cards at once, or Rubbadubber Dive allowing the summoned monster's effects to be used as Quick Effects! However, the Rubbadubbers can no longer use an extra deck, and Rubbadubber Tubb loses his ATK gaining effect, thus having to rely on Rubbadubber Tub for offense. Not to mention, Finbar can't be treated as 2 tributes anymore!

I forgot to also ask you to delete Rubbadubber Bounce since Rubbadubber Winona now already has that sort of effect.

And I was wondering why he didn't change that card....anyway, your wish has been granted! Rubbadubber Bounce is outta here!
