Hold on a sec, isn't this supposed to be like the "train post" stuff where we review the previous card first before sharing one ourself?

I guess I should start with your card then.
Since the level must be exactly equal to the dice result, I don't think this might be too bad. But the recycling effect, as well as the HOPT clause seems to imply that the first effect is not Once per Turn, which mean a chance of 2-4 summons per turn.
Conclusion: Unlimited if the first effect is supposed to be HOPT too, Semi Limited/Limited otherwise.
Now I'll go with an MMBN-themed card that I made before.

Definitely bannable without a OPT clause, once you resolve 1, you can resolve the others for free

This is bait, I put a HOPT on activating the archtype this searches, so it's a hidden HOPT effect
