THE STORY:
They're the world's most fearsome fighting team! They're heroes in a half shell, and they're green! When the evil Shredder attacks, these turtle boys, don't cut them no slacks!
STRATEGY:
Take out your opponents with teamwork and turtles! Discard a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle to bring out Master Splinter, then use his effect to discard 3 cards to bring the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles out!
Alongside possessing deadly effects and great attack, to defeat the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, you must destroy them all in one phase: If any are still alive by then, Master Splinter will automatically revive the destroyed ones, and then strike back against card effect users! They can also change their Battle Position at will.
Use the Spell/Trap cards to make sure the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles can survive anything, such as Shellraiser, which stops the effects of anyone who can slay a Turtle by battle, and Pizza Time, which provides Battle Phase ending, ATK boosts, and healing all in one card!
KILLER COMBOS:
Splinter taught them to be ninja teens! He can't be attacked while you control a Turtle!
Leonardo leads! He can provide ATK boosts and search out for Equipment. His equip spell calls all Turtles for an all out attack for massive damage whenever he attacks a monster!
Donatello does machines! He can protect your Turtles from Spell/Trap cards while destroying the enemy's ones, and it's even more efficient if he has his equipment!
Raphael is cool, but brute! He leaves Defence Position monsters battered and bruised for a pincer attack from another Turtle, with his equip spell increasing his lethality by granting him 2 more attacks!
Michelangelo is a party dude! He allows your Turtles to dodge enemy attacks, and can search out Pizza Time! His equip spell saves you from a lethal blow!

I've got a rather radical and funny idea on how to fix this archetype.

Instead of having 4 random mediocre equip spells representing each of the Ninja Turtles' weapons...

First, delete those equip spells, Cowabunga!, Shellraiser, and Pizza Time.

Next, change all of the monsters' ATK and DEF to 2400, increase Master Splinter's level to 6, rename him to The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' Master Splinter or something, and shorten his effect from:
Monsters you control cannot be used as material. This effect cannot be negated. When this is summoned, you may discard 3 cards: Special Summon 4 ''Turtle'' monsters with different names from your hand, deck, or GY, then if all of them were level 7 or higher: you may set 1 Spell/Trap card those card text mentions ''Turtle'' from your deck. You cannot attack the turn you use this effect, and it can only be used once per turn. Cannot be attacked/destroyed while you control a ''Turtle'' monster. During the battle phase, while you control another monster that can attack, this cannot attack. Whenever a ''Turtle'' monster is destroyed or sent from the field to the GY by your opponent's card, at the end of the phase it was destroyed in: Immediately Special Summon it, wherever it is, then if it was destroyed by a way other than battle, destroy the card that destroyed it. If this battles a ''Shredder'' monster, this gains 4700 ATK during damage calculation only.
to:
When this card is Summoned: You can Special Summon 4 Level 5 or lower "Turtle" monsters from your hand, Deck, and/or GY, all in Attack Position. You must control no Set cards and have no cards in your Extra Deck to activate and resolve this effect. Once per turn, at the start of the Damage Step, if this card battles while if a "Shred" monster is on the field: Triple this card's ATK until the end of the Damage Step.

Then, rename Heroes In A Half Shell to just Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, change it to a spell card, and shorten its effect from:
If a ''Turtle'' monster or ''Master Splinter'' would be destroyed or banished, destroy this card instead. You may banish this from your GY, then target 1 Equip Spell card those card text mentions ''Turtle'' in your GY/Banished cards: Add it to your hand.
to just:
If you have no cards in your Extra Deck: Add 1 "Turtle" monster from your Deck or GY to your hand.


Finally, make the following changes to the rest of your archetype's monsters.

Donatello Of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
When this card is Summoned: You can add 1 of your "Staff" cards that is in your Deck, GY, or banished to your hand, and if you do, for the rest of this Duel, you do not have to pay LP to activate Spell Cards or effects. You must have no cards in your Extra Deck to activate and resolve this effect. This card's name becomes "SPYRAL Super Agent" on the field or GY.

Leonardo Of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
When this card is Summoned: You can add 2 "Bamboo Sword" Spells from your Deck and/or GY to your hand, and if you do, you can shuffle any number of cards from your field, any GY(s), and/or your opponent's face-up Extra Deck into the Deck. You must have no cards in your Extra Deck to activate and resolve this effect. This card's name becomes "SPYRAL Super Agent" on the field or GY.

Michelangelo Of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
If this card is Normal Summoned: Add 1 non-"Chuck" card from your Deck or GY to your hand, and if you do, you can shuffle any number of cards from your field, any GY(s), and/or your opponent's face-up Extra Deck into the Deck. You must have no cards in your Extra Deck to activate and resolve this effect. You must control no Set cards and have no cards in your Extra Deck to activate and resolve this effect.

Raphael Of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
When this card is Summoned: You can add 1 to your hand or Special Summon in Attack Position or face-down Defense Position 1 "Sai" monster from your Deck or GY, and if you do, add to your hand or Special Summon in Attack Position or face-down Defense Position a second such card from your Deck or GY, and if you do that, you can shuffle any number of cards from any GY(s) and/or your opponent's face-up Extra Deck into the Deck. You must have no cards in your Extra Deck to activate and resolve this effect.

Christen57's changes are now live....and any strategy this deck might have had is now gone. No, really, not only does Master Splinter have to be tribute summoned normally now, but he can't even summon the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles anymore because he can only summon level 5 or lower Turtles now, and thus the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles have to be tribute summoned normally too! Plus, all of their support cards are now gone. It's so much to the point, I had to rework Cowabunga! and Pizza Time! to make the deck even viable without splashing in regular monsters to use as tribute fodder.
Well, at least Donatello makes it so you don't have to pay LP to activate your Spells anymore, so that's something.

Wait, no I made a mistake. I forgot to also tell you to change those Turtles' levels to 5 so Master Splinter could still summon them.

Well, there's still the hassle of having to offer ONE tribute...but anyway, these changes are now live!
We haven't got that many deck spotlights left that haven't been reviewed yet: Those being Dinotrux, Space Jam, Gormiti, Rubbadubbers, and the two huge archetypes Tronjii and BFDI (Just try to review them anyway, regardless if they have over 70 cards each in them!) So keep up the good work!

You didn't apply the proper change to Michaelangelo's effect — you made it search "Chuck" cards instead of non-"Chuck" cards. The phrase non-Chuck was supposed to be a pun on nunchuck — the weapon he used in the show.

As crazy as it may sound for Michaelangelo, the goofiest of the turtles, to be able to search ANY card, the proper change is now live! Keep up the good work!

I made a mistake with my suggestion to Master Splinter. Where his effect says:
if this card battles while if a
it should instead be:
if this card battles while a

Also, after testing Donatello's first effect, it's currently too weak, so I suggest buffing it from:
When this card is Summoned: You can add 1 of your "Staff" cards that is in your Deck, GY, or banished to your hand, and if you do, for the rest of this Duel, you do not have to pay LP to activate Spell Cards or effects.
to:
If this card is in your hand or field: You can discard 1 card; Special Summon 1 "Turtle" or "Staff" monster from your hand in Attack Position except "Donatello Of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles", and if you do, add 1 of your "Staff" cards that is in your Deck, GY, or banished to your hand except the discarded card, and if you do that, for the rest of this Duel, you do not have to pay LP to activate Spell Cards or effects.

Also, I started working full-time (8 to 4) earlier this month and won't finish until June or July. Until then, I'll barely have the spare time to review customs any further.
