Are any of these cards too broken considering the Archetype it's in?

Typically, if you have to ask if your cards are "too broken", then the answer is yes.

Well then give me some feedback as to why they are broken. I need to know what to change to fix such an issue.

Refrigeraptor: Because of how Konami does HOPTs, you should probably have it say something like "this card's name and effects become target co-linked monster until the end of turn".
Roostoaster: Besides that searchers in modern Yugioh are generally HOPTs, the destruction effect should probably be at least a once per turn.
Pluguin: The Summon effect doesn't activate, use "You can only Special Summon [card] once per turn this way." Then, you only have 1 activated effect for HOPT formatting. Also, summoning a LV 1 Machine = Easy Morphonic Telefon loops, maybe keep it to "Appliancer" monsters only.
Circuitick: I don't see why it needs that second effect, you just make Celtopus in the EMZ anyways.

It still doesn't solve the issue that Appliancer doesn't have a threatening turn 1 board.

While all of your other points are excellent advise that I will use to errata the cards, the second effect of Circuitick was originally the point of the card, so that you have a way for your link 1s to point down so that you can link summon some more without expending extra advantage for a link 2.

EDIT: Just realized that it is exceptionally difficult to errata Refridgeraptor to be balanced, because if the effect is replaced, the HOPT is also replaced, and if the name changes but not the effect, then the HOPT becomes "use it as many times per turn as you want."

My original vision for the card was to use 1 HOPT effect an extra time each turn by having it gain the effect, not change its name, and still have its own HOPT on the copied effect(s).

Cards that copy effects in Yugioh are generally unbalanced. This is why Neptune and Supreme King Starving Venom are banned.
