so pizzaria is just a darw 5 in every deck, and in some monster mash decks, your opponent cant even darw 1?
and freddy just does nothing?
i dont think this 2 cards are a base for anything...
maybe its better to start over or at least nerf pizzaria super hard, like "darw 1" or "darw 2 and your oppoenent draw 3" or something like that, and even this is still terible designe...

Yeah, I have to agree with CustomWalker here. Free +5 within a single card is just degenerate beyond belief. There's a reason why cards like Pot of Greed, Pot of Desires and Graceful Charity are on the banlist.
We're begging you, please don't be the next CrystalMusic or Ari Bellamy. Having to build archetypes with the meta game in mind is already bad enough, we shouldn't have to deal with decks that just allow you to draw 5 cards from the deck without any drawbacks.
For example, let's have a look at one of my custom cards for example...
Arkraider Excalibur (アークライダー・エクスキャリバー/아크레이더 엑스칼리버) https://www.duelingbook.com/card?id=1473553
Pay 800 LP, then target 1 "Arkraider" monster in your GY; Special Summon it, then equip it with this card. The equipped monster gains 800 ATK, also it cannot be destroyed by battle. During each of your Standby Phases, take 500 damage or destroy this card. You can discard this card and 1 other "Arkraider" card in your hand, except "Arkraider Excalibur"; draw 2 cards. If this card is sent to your GY or Banished, except by its own effect: You can Special Summon 1 "Arkraider" monster from your hand or Deck. You can only use each effect of "Arkraider Excalibur" once per turn.
My card clearly states that you have to discard Excalibur AND another Arkraider card to draw 2 from my deck. That's basically a cost for a draw 2, balancing everything out. In contrast, allowing you to draw 5 from your deck without a hefty cost or drawback is just plain stupid.
So yeah, please balance your cards, or at least nerf them to the point where they're at least somewhat reasonable.
