This card is a Trap monster for Wyrm Decks. It works well with the generic Wyrm support, as well as Archetypes like Yang Zing, True Draco and Metaphys. You are only able to Special Summon it in your Main Phase, but you can banish 3 Wyrms from your hand, field and/or GY to do so quickly, which can help Metaphys a lot, however it also supports Yang Zing with its ATK and DEF boosting effect. The main thing you wish to do is to banish an opponent's monster with its effect, then you can bring back one of your Wyrms with a Level less than or equal to one of those monsters. It's also a decent enough Trap monster for generic Trap monster Decks, as it comes with 2000 ATK and DEF and a powerful banishing effect, though it isn't really designed for those specifically.
During your Main Phase: Special Summon this card as an Effect Monster (Wyrm/FIRE/Level 8/ATK 2000/DEF 2000). (This card is also still a Trap.) If Summoned this way, Wyrm monsters that were Special Summoned from your hand and Deck gain 500 ATK/DEF. Once per turn, while this card is a monster, if this card battles an opponent’s monster, at the start of the Damage Step: You can banish that monster. While this card is a monster (Quick Effect): You can banish this card, then target 1 of your banished Wyrm monsters whose Level is less than or equal to the Level of 1 of your opponent’s banished monsters; Special Summon it. You can banish 3 Wyrm monsters from your hand, field and/or GY to activate this card from your hand.
