Seems like you're a fan of Kaiser Colosseum, which iirc isn't banned in the OCG.

So, basically, a stronger variant of There can only be One but can only be destroyed by 1 of the main Card Types in the game (Trap Cards)?

Out of the nearly 11,600 cards in this game, there are 140 Trap Cards that can specifically destroy Spells/Traps which also include cards that destroy any card like Raigeki Break (based on EDOpro's database). That is just above 1% of existing cards. The amount of those that could be considered meta enough to play in decks, both regular and competitive, could literally be less than 0.2% of cards, which is the same percentage of how much I'd agree with your sense of balance if you think that this is fine existing.

This thing is overpowered, much like your previous few cards I've seen, sadly.

It's more like Kaiser Colosseum than TCBOO, a card which is banned in the TCG.
