Actually the forum hasn't been quiet, in fact it's kinda burning, unless you're referring the custom card section.
Also, there's an official Archetype named Kaiju in the TCG (you know Gamaciel and co?), which mean Bio-Hazard Kaiju share an archetype with them. Are you sure about it?

Also good point on the Kaiju thing, so I changed the name. Thanks for pointing it out.

Infernal Destruction Lord: What type are you referring to? Monster type? (Spellcaster, Dragon, Warrior, etc.) or Card type (Monster, Spell and Trap). I would say it is a really good hand trap, but it doesn't affect the field, since most cards in GY will most likely have already been used so I think it's ok.
Rank-Down Magic, Binding Gears is one of the most situational cards I've ever seen and the effect isn't that good. I mean, yeah, that paralize might come in handy, but having to rank-down 2 ranks narrows the potential targets.
Spirit Procession: It reminds me to Cluster Congester. I find it cool that it has to be blown up to do stuff, but when does exactly the second effect activate? Although idk if making Amano Iwato is a good idea, but who knows.
Divine Jailer: Top-Tier hand trap. since from what I am understanding, it's just better Gamma. It doesn't go away, and cannot be Called by the Grave.
