A Level/Rank 6 series of WATER monsters, with the common mechanic to negate the opponent's targets on them if the opponent controls no spell/trap in their column, essentially baiting the opponent into leaving their spells/traps vulnverable.

The clause "If your opponent controls no Spells/Traps in the Spell/Trap Zones" can be made shorter and easier to read by chaning it to:

If your opponent has no cards in their Spell & Trap Zone.

Cards in the Spell/Trap Zone are always by default going to be spells/traps, so instead of saying "spells/traps in the spell & trap zone" you can just say "cards in the Spell & Trap Zone".

Also, unless you're specifically referring to multiple Spell & Trap Zones, such as with Simorgh, Bird of Sovereignty, Spell & Trap Zone never needs to be plural.

You never say "controls" or "control" no cards in a specific location. Instead you say "has". You never say "controls no monsters on the field" or "controls no cards in the Spell & Trap Zone". Instead you just say "controls no monsters" or "has no cards in their Spell & Trap Zone". Any time you "control" something, it is always by default going to be on the field.

Also the official term for it is Spell & Trap Zone, with the & symbol, not necessarily Spell/Trap Zone, with a forward slash. https://yugioh.fandom.com/wiki/Spell_&_Trap_Zone
