Been a while, but I was busy studying and completing my Thesis project with my groupmates. I've found a surplus of free time so I decided to upload most of the Customs I've made within that time. The balance between them varies, but I'm hoping that they're balanced. I didn't really have much time to test them outside of very few test hands.

Higher Traptrix Amorphophallus - https://www.duelingbook.com/card?id=2626723
Art Source: https://danbooru.donmai.us/posts/560304
Short Description: I'm mostly unaware of what the common gameplan of a Traptrix deck is, but from what little I've played, it seems to struggle because it doesn't have its traps actually set on the field consistently. At least in Pure Traptrix, they mostly end in 2 Traps and their summoned monsters. I thought that adding another monster specifically geared to set their archetype traps would do good.

Exodia, the Exalted One - https://www.duelingbook.com/card?id=2626777
Art Source: https://www.zerochan.net/2293277
Short Description: Honestly? I just wanted a fusion monster that uses all the forbidden pieces. It mostly doesn't serve a purpose other than to exist, like the Barrier Statue card I made earlier. However, this thing is severely less overpowered and is mostly a powerful beater that can become a towers (though that means it is prone to negation when it activates its effect). The most this thing can do is enable an Exodia OTK deck without using the regular Exodia auto-win gimmick... or some sort of FTK deck that uses Verte Anaconda and recovering the monsters from the GY (which I hope gets banned soon ngl).

The following two can be considered a Mini Kairyu-Shin Archetype support (Fury/Rage of the Kairyu-Shin)

Devotee of the Kairyu-Shin - https://www.duelingbook.com/card?id=2634018
Art Source: https://www.pinterest.ph/pin/804385183424981526/
Short Description: The main purpose of this card is to help facilitate the summon of the card below (With Deep Sea Diva mostly). It also serves as generic Sea Serpent support. However, looking at the current existing Sea Serpent monsters... I don't think this card can do much, not unless Konami makes more Sea Serpent monsters. Chances at that happening though are very slim.

Evolution of the Kairyu-Shin - https://www.duelingbook.com/card?id=2634034
Art Source: https://www.deviantart.com/asur-misoa/art/Tsunamhydra-885567132
Short Description: This is the main powerhouse of a hypothetical Sea Serpent deck, due to it being hard to Summon outside of one. It basically destroys Spell/Trap cards each turn but grows stronger each passing turn. It also has a bit of recursion, which I admit is overpowered, but when used in an intended Sea Serpent deck, it's mostly the only disruption they have. I truly don't think this card can be abused outside of it, and at most it focuses hard on back row decks, leaving it up to being disrupted by every other deck.

The rest of the cards are also apart of a mini-archetype, but they were a thought experiment in both Rituals and Spirit monsters. Think Shinobaron and what-if they had more generalistic support. I ended up making a weird-as-hell "Demise and Ruin Turbo" deck using these cards as an engine, but something else could probably be made using them.

Spiritual Ritual Art - https://www.duelingbook.com/card?id=2641071
Art Source: https://danbooru.donmai.us/posts/1187981
Short Description: This is what enabled the deck above. I had a little obsession with Spirit monsters when I was working on my thesis, so I made this in response. The card essentially works like Advanced Ritual Art and High Ritual Art as one card, but it is balanced around the fact that you need to run Spirit monsters, and that you need to have that Spirit monster in your hand to Ritual Summon a specific Ritual from your Deck. This doesn't really work with every existing Ritual Monster, mostly because there are a severely low amount of Spirit monsters (with the highest existing Spirit monster being Level 9 and the only Level 2 being banned, so Drytron can't use it very well).

Kyubi-no-Kitsune - https://www.duelingbook.com/card?id=2644155
Art Source: https://www.deviantart.com/krinmu/art/Nine-Tailed-Fox-567587054
Short Description: I made this card in response to there being no Level 10 Spirit monsters. Summoning this thing is completely not worth the hassle, and the only reason to use this card is for its search effect, which searches any Spirit monster, or a Spell/Trap that lists a Spirit monster in its text. I've looked at existing Spirit monster oriented Spell/Traps, and they're honestly quite shit. The only searchable existing card that's worthwhile is Amano-Iwato. Admittedly, IDK how busted a searchable Amano-Iwato is.
EDIT: Changed so that it is unable to search Amano-Iwato, due to an oversight. A consistent searcher of a semi-permanent Amano-Iwato is busted. I have no idea what drugs I was on when I thought that was A-Okay.

Kasa-Obake-Onna - https://www.duelingbook.com/card?id=2644215
Art Source: https://www.reddit.com/r/EpicSeven/comments/gm3nqv/yokai_vivian_art_by_kaho%E5%A6%99%E6%B3%95/
Short Description: Based on a traditional Umbrella Yokai. Yes, it's a Link-1, but you need to use a Spirit monster so it sorta balances out. I'm unaware if Extra Deck monsters can be Spirit monsters, so I added card text to circumvent that (but if it's allowed I'll just add it as an existing tag to it). Just in case being a Link-1 is broken, I've made her search effect for Spell/Traps work by discarding a card, making it a neg 1 card advantage-wise, and limits you from summoning from the Extra Deck. I might've gone overboard. EDIT: Now allows monsters to be Special Summoned from the Extra Deck if they're Spirit monsters. (The Martial Arts Spirit Pendulum Monsters completely slipped my mind, so now it works with them.)

Yamato-no-Kuni - https://www.duelingbook.com/card?id=2644307
Art Source: https://wallpapercave.com/w/wp5984712
Short Description: Not much to say other than it's a simple Spirit monster searcher (I mean come on, Spirit monsters barely have searchers outside of Aratama and the slow-AF Shinobird Continuous Spell). It also serves as protection by preventing activated effects from being negated and preventing Spirit monster(s) shit effect from occurring. Another Amano-Iwato searcher, but not much else to say. (Other than the existence of Amano-Iwato somewhat limits Spirit monster card designs)
EDIT: Changed so that it is unable to search Amano-Iwato, due to an oversight. A consistent searcher of a semi-permanent Amano-Iwato is busted. I have no idea what drugs I was on when I thought that was A-Okay.

Yamata-no-Orochi - https://www.duelingbook.com/card?id=2644347
Art Source: https://www.zerochan.net/2919304#full
Short Description: This was originally a Link monster, but I hate Link monsters so nyeh. Nothing much to make note of, a generic boss monster for Spirit monsters with an omni-negate. Unfortunately, to keep with the theme of Spirit monsters, it also has the shit effect of returning to the hand. The only day this becomes broken is the day Spirit monsters become META, but that'll only happen after WW4

Also, here's the "Spirit Demise Ruin" deck in question: https://www.duelingbook.com/deck?id=8970927
It's just as weird as the thought that came to my mind that birthed it. Ignore the side deck, because it's kinda just there to show possible targets.

With all that out of the way, I go to hibernate and finish my Thesis.

It's been a while since I've shown some one-off cards, so here are several of them.

Nekroz of Albaz - https://www.duelingbook.com/card?id=2862005
Art Source: Just the original card color-swapped
Short Description: I just wanted to connect the two Duel Terminal archetypes in some way. It's basically like `Fallen of Albaz` but doesn't require a discard and activates during either Main Phase. Very simple.

Re-Link Hydra - https://www.duelingbook.com/card?id=2850701
Art Source: A Screenshot from Sym-Biotic Titan
Short Description: I thought that a Link-2 that could use a Link-2 as its sole material was a cool idea, so I ran with it. There's not much more to say with this card.

Evil★Twin's Toxic Sunny - https://www.duelingbook.com/card?id=2848945
Art Source: https://www.reddit.com/r/yugioh/comments/qfplfe/my_first_reaction_after_seeing_evil_twins_trouble/
Short Description: I just didn't like losing to Nibiru with Live Twins, so I wanted to make a way for them to at least continue to play through it. It doesn't provide much, but it at least guarantees Trouble Sunny.

Tuner Burner - https://www.duelingbook.com/card?id=2774285
Art Source: https://twitter.com/motsuba0312/status/1451148761087021056?s=20
Short Description: It basically makes a Tuner on your side of the field into a non-Tuner. I'm certain that some people have occasionally had 2 Tuners on the field but no non-Tuner to Synchro with, so this is meant to be a band-aid fix.

Unstable Dimensional Fusion - https://www.duelingbook.com/card?id=2747534
Art Source: https://www.deviantart.com/zaninfang/art/Polymerization-70425565
Short Description: Quite simply, a way to Fusion Summon using banished monsters, but unable to be used with `Predaplant Verte Anaconda`, because I wholely believe that it is the problem card. Bootleg Thunderdragon Fusion but has a wider range of monsters you can potentially Fusion Summon.

Exodia, the Forgiven One - https://www.duelingbook.com/card?id=2726680
Art Source: https://wallpapercave.com/yu-gi-oh-exodia-wallpaper
Short Description: I wanted to somehow make Exodia also support Divine-Beasts, but not make it an FTK enabler. Then I decided to just take that win-con out back and shoot it. This Exodia basically summons itself as a free Tribute for a Divine-Beast by being 3 Tributes on its lonesome. However, if you don't open a Divine-Beast, you can banish 5 `Forbidden One` monsters from your Deck then add any Divine-Beast. This is balanced around the fact that you have to run 5 bricks and not open them, somehow.

Sky Striker Ace - Zero - https://www.duelingbook.com/card?id=2728538
Art Source: https://safebooru.donmai.us/posts/3774219?q=sky_striker_ace_-_roze
Short Description: Heh, Roze and Zero. Anyway, this thing was made before the new `Sky Striker Linkage` Spell and is meant to help search the new in-archetype Kaiju without having to rely on Engage. However, you'll need to open Roze to make this easier to Summon. Despite being an Xyz in a Link-focused Deck, it can easilyTribute itself on the field (so that your spells and traps can be active if you Summoned this in your MMZs and not your EMZ) to Special Summon 1 Sky Striker Link Monster from your GY and give it 1500 ATK. This is purely to beat over some 3k beasts, especially if you revive Kagari with some Spells already in the GY.

Igknighted Tranquility - https://www.duelingbook.com/card?id=2658314
Art Source: Just `Igknight Phoenix` but upside down and gray-scaled.
Short Description: Pretty much just an archetype Spell/Trap ROTA that also protects from card effects, except by the effects of Igknight cards. Short and Simple.

Alicia the Invoker - https://www.duelingbook.com/card?id=2742699
Art Source: https://safebooru.donmai.us/posts/3918140?q=aleister_the_invoker
Short Description: I don't know. I saw this art on Danbooru and just decided to give Invoked more support. They don't need it, but I couldn't help how my brain functions.

Now for some weird cards. Specifically, Fortune Lady and Red Dragon Archfiend support. Why? Idk I just wanted to do it.

Cascading Future Visions - https://www.duelingbook.com/card?id=2770715
Art Source: The original card art but flipped and filtered
Short Description: Basically just a retrain of the original card. It becomes a combo piece in addition to the usual banishing of Normal Summoned monsters.

Fortune Lady Resonator - https://www.duelingbook.com/card?id=2770626
Art Source: https://www.zerochan.net/2189486
Short Description: Basically a Starter for Fortune Ladies that also doubles as an extender for RDA. If both are used in the same deck, you can Summon this via `Crimson Resonator` and subsequently Special Summon `Fortune Lady Water` to draw 2 cards, then go off into Red Rising Dragon. Or...

Fortune Rising Lady - https://www.duelingbook.com/card?id=2772296
Art Source: https://safebooru.donmai.us/posts/511745?q=earthbound_immortal_aslla_piscu
Short Description: ... you can Summon this card to act as a further extender if you have a lot of Spellcaster's in your hand, to help if you bricked with many Fortune Ladies or Fortune Fairies, etc.

Fortune Red Dragon Archfiend - https://www.duelingbook.com/card?id=2767876
Art Source: I cropped this guy's art and slapped a Fortune Lady Eye Sigil onto her forehead
Short Description: Basically a new RDA Boss monster that can be summoned via Crimson Resonator shenanigans. It works like Apollousa in the sense that it's Once per Chain and that it's either a negate or, if you control another Synchro monster, banish it until your next Standby Phase, but like the other Fortune Lady Synchro monster, `Fortune Lady Every`, it gains a Level during each of your Standby Phases. However it is relatively easy to deal with in the same way you would Apollousa, either via attacking over it or negating it via Spell/Trap.

Here's a weird Deck List for Fortune Lady Red Dragon Archfiends using the prior cards. Pretty wack, but it was fun.

One last card because I thought it was a neat way to introduce a nerfed Maxx C. It's also a pun on Mask Change. Maxx Mask. Change C-Henshi.

Maxx "C" - Henshi - https://www.duelingbook.com/card?id=2902298
Art Source: Danbooru
Short Description: We all know Maxx C is banned because it's either an insane plus or a turn stopper for combo decks. I thought that maybe making it so that a) it can only activate during your opponent's turn, b) adding a 500 LP burn per Special Summon, then c) limiting the broken draw effect to only occur if your opponent has less than 500 LP, would help nerf it. Your opponent can still combo off, but they now have a cap of 15 Special Summons before the draws start happening. LP matters very little in the long run, and if they can restore LP while doing so, they can Special Summon more than 15 times. It's also unsearchable, as it is not an Insect but a Quick-Play Spell... probably.

Four more cards. One for RDA, another for Yang Zing, and the latter two being inspired by MBT's recent Ghostrick video.

Blaze Resonator - https://www.duelingbook.com/card?id=3016285
Art Source: Just Flare Resonator, but image flipped and photoshopped to have a smiley face.
Short Description: The purpose of this card is to give RDA decks access to RDA's Spell/Trap cards, such as their Draw 2 Spell or their Feather Duster. However, their Draw 2 spell is kinda ass and RDA does struggle against back row heavy decks, so I think this would be a fine addition. Also, it can SS from the GY so it serves as a play extender if it is milled from Chaos Ruler.

Revitalization of the Yang Zing - https://www.duelingbook.com/card?id=3016280
Art Source: andytantowibelzark
Short Description: Yang Zing's inherent weakness is that it cannot handle its monsters being destroyed and missing their timing by being destroyed on Chain Link 2 or higher (Cl1 Upstart, Cl2 DPE would make missed timing). This card tries to solve that issue while adding a ROTA or GY retrieval to it alongside banished monster recycling. Yang Zing cards that would be destroyed on Chain Link 2 or higher are destroyed on the resolution of that Chain instead, as a non-activated effect so it doesn't get negated or interfered with outside of Imperm columns or Hot Red Abyss-like negates. This way, their effects don't miss timing as the last thing that happened was that they were destroyed, and not whatever Chain Link 1 was.

Now for the Ghostrick cards:

Ghostrick NEETmare - https://www.duelingbook.com/card?id=3016266
Art Source: Osakebehime April Fools art
Short Description: MBT's Ghostrick video may have been controversial to Ghostrick players who don't care about winning, but others see a potential engine that comes from any two Level 3's to lead into an eventual UDF and any Ghostrick Spell/Trap. With this monster, with a Beatrice-like alternate summoning condition, we'll be able to perform this line turn 1 while being wholly Ghostrick centered instead of as a minor engine. Here's an example of what this combo looks like.

Ghostrick Fanpire - https://www.duelingbook.com/card?id=3016273
Art Source: Elizabeth Bathory (Caster) April Fools art
Short Description: This was made in case nobody wants to use UDF. This card can take its place and provide a play extender for Ghostrick plays– an extra Normal Set, a ROTA that triggers from any Normal Summon or Set card by detaching 1, and disruption in the form of a monster effect triggered book of moon. This will probably work better for pure Ghostricks with their effects that trigger on Normal/Flipped Summon.

The Link Monster masquerading as a Rank 1 Xyz Monster is probably too much. Making a slow control focused deck (that's weak as all hell) into a 1-card combo deck through the introduction of a single Extra Deck card is strong, no matter how you slice it. However, I strongly believe that, with Ghostrick's current pool of Spell/Traps, this is fine.

The World Chalice United - https://www.duelingbook.com/card?id=3890532
Art Source: https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/106972457
Short Description: I like World Chalice, and after experiencing the entire story via Master Duel, I felt kinda bummed out that the deck doesn't have a proper boss monster. This was my attempt at making a boss monster that couldn't be abused by other Decks, while also being reasonably hard to summon, namely requiring all the available "World Chalice" Link Monsters. Coincidentally, their total Link Ratings add up to 8.

You can make the prior card without any of the support below, but it'll probably feel like it isn't worth it. However, without Venus and its Shine Balls, the Deck is sorta clunky to play. I tried to alleviate that by adding a new card that they could search with Lib.

World Legacy Nostalgia
- https://www.duelingbook.com/card?id=3890408
Art Source: https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/87942637
Short Description: This card should be able to enable many more plays if you open it as a Starter w/ an Extender and a Normal Summon. With the prior boss monster in mind, you can do this combo and make the new boss monster with some follow-up.

I want to make the new boss monster worthwhile to play, so if you think it is underpowered, please let me know. As of right now, it's a Drident Pop that needs to be Co-linked to be unaffected by card effects. However, if you feel like there needs to be more of an endboard, we can try this combo with the below card. Think of it as a different boss monster for a strategy that isn't just `make a big boss monster and pass`.

Orcustrated World Chalice - https://www.duelingbook.com/card?id=3890420
Art Source: https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/105591800 (This guy is goated and makes many Yugioh-oriented artwork)
Short Description: This monster uses the mechanics of Orcust (the Quick Effect buff) and Mech-knights (for moving) to create a unique-ish boss monster. It doesn't work on its lonesome and requires other World Chalice Link Monsters. It can function with Ningirsu and, if you use the prior Continous Spell, a variety of other Link Monsters. However, I haven't done enough testing to see if it can be abused. The best idea I have is to use it with Lib to set the Counter Trap on your opponent's turn so you can search the Extender (Succession) on yours. And yes, I made it an Xyz Monster because I wanted to double it as Orcust support on a whim. Idk how Orcust might use this though.

Now, if you ask me how these cards work in tandem with Venus and the Shineballs, I couldn't tell you. I haven't tested that (mostly because I dislike running it). Please let me know if they are busted. I'm willing to nerf them (somehow).
