Yeah... That's degenerate. Spell Speed 4, is a handtrap itself, affects the rest of the duel without needing to be on the field, blocks the opponent's monsters that special summon themselves from the hand.

That's some sh!t design right there.

Maybe make some kind of continuous trap with this effect instead?
Neither player can activate card effect from their hand during their opponent's turn.

It can literally shut down the most Major Lifetime problem for the rest of the duel because if Called by is down to 1, well this thing can solve all of your hand trap problems (and a Side of Evenly and Infinite) and I made it because of that new Running Meme of 2021 and it's effect references that he interrupts everything, (Including hand traps)

Though hand-traps are perfectly ok in my opinion, personally I wouldn't even put hopts on the ghost girls.

Hand traps ARE the new balance, Maxx "C" is now the most fair and balanced card in Yu-Gi-Oh

Nah... Because Goku Drip is the best way to deal with problematic cards

James, I don't know if you're taking your card and your stance to it as a joke or not, but I swear, Goku Drip's effect function kinda similar to CrystalMusic's Anti cards (at least It doesn't resolve from deck/extra deck).
If it is a joke, It's not funny.

just put any card that activates in the hand and it negates an effect cannot be used for the rest of the duel
