How balanced is Two-of-a-Kind Extractions

I decided to combine the Elements up to 4 different cards and with 3 similar effects combined to 1 effect.

The card: https://www.duelingbook.com/card?id=2925052

First of, well yes hello, Wall-o-Text card.
The card is easy massive removal, while also working as negation for floating effects. I don't get the "Same type and/or attribute" thing it has. Do you mean that they must be one or the other?, They must be both? Or you can chose what to destroy, if all sharing types or attributes? from the later effect I'll asume that you mean either one or the other.
The "Neither player can Special Summon monsters of the same type or attribute as the target" is just oppresive at this point. The card didn't need that.
This card was probably already strong enough in Yugioh standards without the target lock it has, so I would remove it.
The halved damage honestly is hardly even a drawback for the amount of disruption this card alone makes, basically blocking the opponent from summoning for an entire turn.

Broken is an understatement, considering it doesn't even have a cost for whats basically a 3-in-1 card.
I can see what you tried to do, using global effects on the card, but since yugioh (specially customs) is such a diverse game, with a lot of types and a attributes, it is hardly a drawback to restrict both players to summon "A", since in most cases, you won't even have "A" in your deck.

Will try reviewing custom cards if they look interesting.

Yes, I would like to target a monster and apply the effects of both Archnemeses onto its Type and Attribute. And then Called by the desroyed monster. As a Quick-Play. It isn't like people hate Protos rn.

Lets just say I use this on my opponent's Lyrilusc - Recital Starling it pops the opponent's Lyrilusc - Recital Starling and destroying any WIND or Winged beast if my opponent controls it does not have to be both it can do it as long as they share 1 trait like Tri-Brigade Shuraig the Ominous Omen is affacted by this card after Lyrilusc - Recital Starling gets poped by this card locking players out of Special Summoning anyting thats a WIND or Winged Beast monster so my opponent cannot summon a WIND they cannot even Summon a Winged Beast either it acts as a fooldgate and protos is garbage its too RNG for the first game.

So it is a free pop + called by the grave + Lockdown to what's essentially just your opponent? It really requires either a heavy cost or drawback or a power cut. The damage down is barely a drawback.

I'm pretty much in agreement with what feedback you got here. This is once again a broken card, but can easily be fixed if you add some cost, like discarding a card or sending a card from hand/field to the GY, and by removing the floodgate on Special Summoning similar Type or Attribute, then you'll have a strong, but not overly overpowered, card. This is a going-second removal card and a going-first interrupt in one. Any more than that is too much.

On a serious note, floodgates are a terrible way of making a card that can contend with the current meta, especially since Konami is already doing a *wonderful* job on that front. It's only fun for one player and not the other.

I'm open to being criticized. I'm not a perfect human being who knows when or where he fucked up, but truly willing to learn.
