The way partners constantly sabotage the win conditions is starting to get out of hand.

A timer may work on an automatic simulator like EDOpro, but it wouldn't work as well here on duelingbook. There are simply too many issues that would arise with adding such a timer, like...
- How much time per turn should each player have?
- What if that amount of time is too short? What if it's too long? How do you determine what the most appropriate amount of time is?
- What happens if the duel gets put on hold due to a ruling dispute? Should the timer keep going or should it pause? If it should pause, how will the timer know when a ruling dispute is happening and when one isn't?
- What if a player is just playing a combo deck that focuses on combos that take multiple minutes long? Should that player automatically lose just because they were playing a combo deck that takes multiple steps to go through a combo? Why should a timer exist that will likely only put combo-oriented players at an unfair disadvantage, and non-combo players at an unfair advantage?
- What about lag? Should a player automatically lose for "slow play" even if it wasn't their fault if duelingbook just started lagging and forcing everyone's moves to become slow?
- Like Greg503 said, why are you complaining about slow play in the first place when it was in an unrated game?

His cards have the same patter and design philosophy, weeb art, a lot of petty protection effect, cannot be targeted, cannot be destroyed by battle, unaffected, cannot be tributed, cannot be used as material for anything but their own cards, cannot change type/attribute. https://www.duelingbook.com/replay?id=106567-43857984Just saying, how effects interact with cards is part of what makes Yugioh different from other games, this is not "whoever has the biggest vanilla wins" game, and it never was, even Yugi-Kaiba had ways of removal alternative to battle, also he says "we fight the old fashioned way" but his field spell cancels battle damage?, and then he gets upset when I play backrow removal on him (still can't out the field spell because it's unaffected by all effects). Just saying, if you make a card that completely changes the way yugioh is played at its core to try to imitate another game's mechanics, then you don't really want to play Yugioh, just play a different game, or get someone in private that wants to play the game your way.

If you like an old deck, you should like it WITH THEIR FLAWS INCLUDED. As much as I love Gustos, I know they're slow and can't keep up, but not because of that I'm going to remake them with the 10 consistency boosting effects and specials from deck they need to be "competitive", that's just being a hypocrite.

That floodgate is just annoying, but it served as testing for how my deck can do against those situations, also tributing opponent's monsters to summon yours without any need of other cards and you keep the monster, that's very balanced for sure.
