Seems my opponent didn't understand that True King Bahrastos's effect doesn't target or destroy spells/traps.

I use problem-solving card text on my customs. My opponent doesn't.
I don't use made-up terms like "ss" and "bp". My opponent does.
I have both a higher rating and higher experience than my opponent.
I don't resort to using the n-word. My opponent does.
I know the difference between "choosing" and "targeting". My opponent doesn't.

Yet somehow, I'm still the "stupid" one...

Nothing wrong with using other people's cards. That's why people make their customs public in the first place, so others can search for them and try them out. The issue is when you use other people's customs without checking that they have proper problem-solving card text and spelling and grammar.

I think the bad PSCT was on the cards they themselves created

Nothing interesting or exciting happens here, but still, I didn't know judges could give/upgrade penalties for instances of unsportsmanlike conduct that happened days ago.

Pretty sure you get disconnected for being idle after like 15-20 minutes, not 4 minutes...

These players both went offline but their timers were counting down from over 200 seconds instead of 90 seconds!

Yep that's what happens if both players DC, I believe the timer starts at 240 seconds
Also, if either joins and re dc's (or refreshes browser) both timers reset
