The rules are simple: after a card name is revealed from the last person, you think of an errata for that card WHILE keeping the spirit of the card. Example:
Bob: Pot of Greed
Jenny: Pot of Greed: Draw 2 cards, then skip your next draw phase. Next Card: Monster Reborn
Bob: Monster Reborn (insert new effect) Next Card: Painful Choice
and so on.
