Besides, no one actually reads duel notes these days. Trust me, I've tried, and from my personal experience, most if not all of DB's players do not know how to read the Duel Notes.

I remember hosting custom duels where I clearly stated to follow the TCG banlist as well as no insta wins allowed. Guess what I had to deal with the moment the opponent goes first. Pot. Of. Greed.
