I was showing my friend something and a judge told me to stop "Spamming" and I did but he froze me anyway

You likely told them in Public Chat, in multiple lines.

If so to avoid spamming in the future, Direct Message the User through the PM option, located in Profile Viewer -> Search friend's handle, hit enter, hit Message User, and send them through that, instead of Public Chat. That's more spammy and PM exists for this reason.
