Frozen for no reason

Last month I had been unable to play for a while and when I come backi was frozen for 19 DAYS I did nothing wrong obviously as I wasn't even on the website. I did an appeal but they said

We have received your ban appeal. This message is to inform you that it has been denied. In the future, please do not refuse to admit defeat. This decision is final and may not be appealed further.

I was not even playing on the website much less refusing to admit defeat. I appealed it again and even PMed a judge but got no response

If your account did that action, you a responsible for it, and you are penalized because you are responsible for it.

PS As it is a freeze and not a ban, you should be able to make an alternate account. Just make sure you monitor your account activity, do not use public networks, shared connections, or give out your information / Laptop/PC while in use on a tab that has DB open, etc.
