If you can do it multiple times, you can pass by discussing the answers with Friends or simply guessing until you have enough points.

Zakdan, why do you say "but x"?
They told you exactly why you are not permitted to take it multiple times.
Your response to "Because you could take it until you pass", being "but it says you can only do it once, and when i try to do it again it's impossible" is the result of the preventative that stops people from taking it multiple times.

Why it states it if that's what you're wondering, is so people know ahead of time that they can only take it once PER exam period.

Becoming more knowledgable about the game doesnt allow you to take the admin exam multiple times.
They come in hiring "waves" so everytime ones up, it lasts until the next, of which the next you could take once, and if theres a next after that, take it once.

This also applies to IP addresses of a shared network or device.
