If Dragoon is your only play turn 1, than you lose to many things. On top of that, you have to play at least 2.5 cards that don't help you win when drawn. Meanwhile, you could be FTKing with Gimmick Puppet Little Soldier and Bloody Doll. Or OTKing with Chundra. Or making DPE, the more reusable fusion.
