You are not owed a judge.

If you cant come to an agreement at your game, you are not owed a judges time to resolve your issue, they are volunteers, not babysitters, they dont sit around pub chat waiting for someone to cry "judge" when they arent on their judge account. If you can handle the issue between yourself and your opponent, leave. If its rated, and you feel the other person has broken the rules, report them, but nothing is accomplished by whining in public chat about judges not saving you from a situation you put yourself in.
