To the best of my knowledge, he was banned for committing several back-to-back severe harassment infractions. He received multiple harassment freezes but after those freezes expired he continued to repeat the same behavior and showed no signs of wanting to improve and fix his behavior so the admins decided enough was enough and banned him.
