Rated Pool with No Judge(s)

Shall we disable to join of the Rated Pool while there will be no Judge(s) around or at that time intervals? I am really pissing off because while they are no online, (cheaters, rule-sharking, sneaky) those kinds of player running around with all freedom (don't need to give examples you all know how they are doing those). And winning their games with semi-illegal ways. Think about that, otherwise I will have to open a topic on 'Farewell' section.

so the part about us saying the idea is stupid isn't there literally just don't play rated while there arent judges you ignore that point cause you realise its incredibly stupid to cut everyone off from rated cause a judge isn't on which only makes the judges being scare issue even worse to the point the player count would so much and probley never recover. i simply decided to jump towards the end of a conversation so this doesn't go on for 40 pages and decided to pull out every word I could use to reinforce my point as being common sense now read it and weap.
