Icejade can only play DPE, doesn't mean its good. (even though I love Icejades but still)

Marincess actually has quite a few good cards, including an archtypical Imperm.

The point isn't whether Marincess is "good," the point is that right now, it's the best mono-WATER deck (compared to, of course, other mono-WATER decks like Nekroz and Mermails).
