i like the new leaks about different locals formats accept the ones about having to get a comply new deck like the common only one
the most interesting thing is the deck master format because of how vague the rules are, how pends work and the problem with things like floodgates if their effects are always active even off the field making them immortal
i really like the one alt format banning meta shit

Look at Magic, Pauper has a banlist that's different from the other formats. Of course an alt format for Yugioh would also have it's own meta and banlist

I think what's more interesting is what specifically qualifies a deck to be banned for Heart of the Underdog format

im going with what dzeef and assume their gonna ask the players at the locals on their opinions

The whole "leak" thing comes more off of a fan wishlist to me. Especially when Deck Master format was in there.
