The list is sorted mostly by the users' names in alphabetical order. Usernames in red represent head admins (or former head admins in the case of Player1) while usernames in pink/purple represent purple-named Tournament Organizers.
This list can change. Users who've been extremely inactive and only had, like, 1 or 2 dialogues in all of Locked Threads Portrayed By Ace Attorney can be removed from the cast and have their characters assigned to different users (like how I removed Yanni Yogi from OrcustPlaya and reassigned him to Dogmatikardinal), and some users can have different versions of the same character (like how Parhelia_0000 and d1234 have older and younger Miles Edgeworth respectively).

I didn't think that Zack is the type of guy who obtains/Restore other people's card.

Out of curiosity, why this thread specifically? I know you pop into various threads most of the time so you see what is being posted, so I guess the real question is, why does this thread lead to penalties and not the thread these reference? Is it because people don't report the thread?
