Ad hominem refers to a kind of argument that is selectively done against the person or some attribute or motive of theirs.

Even though the term is usually associated to that fallacy, it literally means "to the person", so I thought it fitted well in this case, since you had a different treatment than how CrystalMusic presumably would have done to anyone else that asked him about his "rules."
