Now onto my point. At the beginning of the movie when Cal says "It is unsinkable! God himself could not sink this ship!"
I instantly was like: "Cal, you idiot! NEVER. EVER. ISSUE. GOD. A. CHALLENGE!"

This one reminds me of final destination. Where they say something like:
"That's a good Sign (looking at a baby), it would take a f*cked up God to Take this plane down. (a disabled person enters in sight), a really f*cked up God.
