Cardfight Vanguard is the game for you then, there are very few non-stat interactions in it.

As an addendum to that. Since Crystal like the idea of forcing people to play the game their way. Might I suggest Link Joker as a clan to look at. I'm quite partial to Dark Irregulars myself.
