What does this mean?
1: The deck is either
A: so old that next to no one runs it anymore
B: the deck contains cards that are so outdated and/or old that next to no one uses the cards anymore
2: No pendulum monsters

i made this to help those understand my latest (and was is most likely going to be a permanent) duel note.

simply: Think outside the box.

Doesn't matter what you think the duel note is for. No one has to abide by it.

then as the judges have said here in the past: you are opening the door to making me the way i am when one doesnt obey my rules i set for my duels.

A person ignoring your duel note gives you no right to harass them.

i never said anything about harassment. im just saying i get mad when one ignores my duel note. i have duel notes for a reason. say my note said: custom cards only. and my opponent plays raigeki, i have custom safeguards that auto summon from the deck for TCG and OCG cards and makes TCG and OCG cards useless. then then get mad at me.

all im saying is, for example: if they had read the duel note, they wouldnt be putting them self into situations where their TCG and OCG cards become useless against custom cards.

with that said. im not posting anymore in the forums or replying to anything here anymore. have a good day

some know that disobeying my rules pisses me off, so they intentionally disobey the note to piss me off, isnt that considered harassment?

Well, considering how you usually host rooms, you could just avoid those players. As for their doings being harassment, it's debatable, but are you really going with that to justify harassing others here? Two wrongs don't make a right, you trying your best to make some "justice" yourself just perpetuates toxicity.

But, perhaps this contradiction can be expected, as you've just said you wouldn't be "posting anymore or replying to anything here anymore" and, yet, you've quoted yourself in a reply, prolonging the issue.

Again, everyone has the right to ignore your duel notes. But you can't help yourself but to attack these people who do break your duel notes. When you know, you can just leave without saying a word and rehost. But you choose not to do that.

Your duel note doesn't matter because you really just mean don't play cards I don't like/I cannot beat/that beat me. It's so subjective you'll just say that a card no one uses is one you face all the time and you'll rage quit.
