1: most of my audits i rarely get any interaction with police because either:
A: They know what im doing is not illegal
B: iv done videos of the same area a year before and they remember seeing me, but dont know who I am.
or
C: they got better things to do than see why a camera is recording them.

Video taping what you can see in public Is not harassment.

Now if i was, say, tailgating a police car around for a mile or so, then it would be harassment, but i dont own a car, and when i bike i preffer to stay on the sidewalk. so in no way is videotaping a police officer harassment.
