Me: "No you cannot. Cursed Seal of the Forbidden Spell is a Counter Trap. Counter Traps are Spell Speed 3's In order to chain, you need to activate a card with an equal or greater spell speed then the spell speed of the card your opponent activated. Therefore the only cards that can chain to Counter Traps, are other Counter Traps."
