I lied again? wtf are you talking about the people on this site are lunatics

First time you lied about your source saying Gameciel targets. Now you lied to the judge's face about your opponent not declaring effects.

do what?.... are u fr rn? I didn't like about source that was explained nor did he declare effect, Is it a cost to activate barrage to target a card... its a you may effect....
Debt

Yes you fucking lied. Your own source had no mentions of the negate targetting yet you told the judge it's what told you Gameciel targetted. You told the judge that he didn't declare effects, when he did. He literally said "barrage eff target ramram". You told a bald faced lie to a judge twice.

Do you know what semicolons indicate in this game?

nope

Do you want to continue to insist he didn't declare effs and that you aren't lying to judges?
Lunhill
#9
sure do bc if its not a cost he would have to declare the effect, I would get a chance to respond and then effect would resolve.....
Lunhill

Thus why I said he never declared card effect, he declared it all at once.

It is a cost, read the damn card.

And how you can you say he didn't declare card effect, there's a screenshot of him declaring he's activating barrage and a second screenshot with the judge confirming he did. You were caught in a bald faced lie. You're the party in the wrong yet again

Debt, don't try to defend the judge. Lunhill was totally wrong about the cost, but that isn't a reason to freeze their account for.. 2 weeks? A beginner mode or a warning would've been enough. Even more when there are replays where players do illegal in-game moves while playing rated and judges not even give a warning to them. If issues like this are not resolved, someday the reputation of duelingbook will fall down of a cliff and that's not only bad for people that don't play the game, but for us that enjoy playing in that site.

He didn't get his account frozen for 2 weeks for this incident. He got his account frozen for 2 weeks because he held a game hostage and was trying to cheat.

so in other words im still being punished for something I was already punished for? I don't have to know the interaction of my opponents cards how would I know its a cost? had the judge just said that when I asked there wouldn't have been anything else to discuss.

Bullshit. You have nearly 300 rated duels under your belt yet you don't know what constitutes as targetting or what part of the card's text indicates it's a cost? No one's fooled by this playing dumb ploy.

And people wonder, why dueling nexus is so popular among the players.

Do you honestly believe this guy is in the right at all? Somehow accruing 300 games play in rated, let alone the hours he probably spent playing yugioh in general, and still doesn't know how to read card text or how targetting works? Do you think it's okay for him to lie constantly when the proof he's lying is literally in front of you? Do you think he was justified of holding a duel hostage and robbing his opponent for of an hour because he was salty?

There are two possibilities here

1. You genuinely don't know about proper psct and rulings, and/or do not understand db etiquette. In which case you need to stop playing rated, study psct, study rulings, learn the difference between costs/effects, etc.

OR

2. You're a troll. You're a pathological liar, and you simply refuse to acknowledge any wrongdoing on your part.

Either way, 300+ games and you still haven't figured it out? How did you even win those games?

This argument looks like a debt vs CrystalMusic argument, not going to lie.

Keep in mind that penalties add up when you get banned/frozen repeatedly. Lunhill probably would have been frozen for maybe a day, or just 1 week, but because he/she was a repeat offender, the punishment was much harsher.

With that said, for those who don't feel like watching the replay, Wind activated, as chain link 1, the effect of Zoodiac Barrage targeting Zoodiac Ramram (an earth monster), and then Lunhill activated, as chain link 2, the effect of Mudragon of the Swamp (declaring earth) to prevent any more earth monsters from being targeted for the rest of that turn, so the chain resolves, Mudragon's effect resolves, then when Wind attempts to resolve Barrage, Lunhill says earth monsters can't be targeted for the rest of the turn due to Mudragon's effect, which is correct, but then goes on to say that Barrage's effect is now somehow "cancelled" since earth monsters can no longer be targeted, which is incorrect, since the effect to prevent earth monsters from being targeted was applied after the Ramram was already targeted, and not before.

They argue about this back and forth until long story short Resource Judge #9170 comes and freezes Lunhill for being ignorant and lying about a bunch of stuff and not understanding how targeting works.
