Its not mr 5, its still mr 4 only revised. change my mind

here's a quiz to change my mind about wether or not its mr4 revised or mr 5.
Be sure to include verifiable proof.
1. Has Konami at any point referred to it as mr5?
2a. Are there any other chganges besides the exception of Fusion, Synchro, and Xyz Monsters? (Ban list changes don't count as it occurs regularly.)
2b. Is there a new card type? (Field centers don't count as they are not real cards, only a way to identify where the extra monster zones are located with out a game mat of any kind)
3. Why is there no Starter deck being released at the same time?

MR 4.5 is the better name, in the same vein that D&D 3.5 is a revised version of 3E

zones for trap monsters aren't blocked anymore when they are on the field, so that is another change. Also several other card interactions are different now
