Why didn't Yugi take Arcana/Pandora's Dark Magician?

According to ante rule of Battle City, he could've taken it, but for some reason chose not to. Imagine if he took both of his Dark Magician and later on in semi finals against Kaiba we see three Dark Magician's facing off against Kaiba's Blue-Eyes'.
Fire whoever designed that bottle. KaibaCorp's products shouldn't bend so easily.
