Where to report Racism?

For people who want context. Craw accidentally said "kkk" vs this guy under belief that it meant the same as "kk", "ok", etc.
I was called in to help, right when I logged in, explain what was wrong with what he said. This was my discussion with Craw:

Craw even admits its his fault for the misunderstanding and tried to apologize for not knowing and saying that word. This dude did not accept the apology and judge just said for everyone to just play after explaining the situation.
I tried explaining to OP and this was what unfolded:

And, in Duelingbook Main Menu fashion, he tried posting about it. People who know Craw better sided with him and, because this is the internet, began trolling this guy as he became more and more aggressive (see above post), which led to him demanding the ban of every single one of us, calling us all racist pigs, filth, the works.

One more detail forgot to mention. Didn't just call for mass bans once. Kept posting about it on Main Menu and spammed it on the Public Chat

The Button Above: "Report Abuse" but don;t use it unless it's a Serious Emergency! But dont spam it!
