How can I put limit on custom cards?

Is there a way to put a limit on custom cards? Like if I wanna put a card is forbidden or limit 1 per deck.

As far as tagging it with a restriction for amount of copies allowed per deck, it doesn't exist.

You can always make a certain custom card only usable once per duel, that way players will have to run only 1 copy no matter what, and if they run any more copies they risk bricking since they can't use the other ones.
