It's hard to have a high opinion of someone who doesn't communicate fluently, we don't like having to put in extra effort to interpret what is being said to us. That being said, I find it funny when you write certain unorthodox phrases like "potassium bromide." Although I guess that makes it even harder to take you seriously...
