So, obviously the point of a banlist is to prevent cards that are too powerful (Like Pot of Greed) from being used.
I do know that Dueling Book has it's own tool to make banlists, but I don't know how to find it.
Please help.

You cannot make your own banlist on Duelingbook.

You can assign your custom cards a custom "banlist position".
