So this player legit spammed a bunch of these posts and I have no idea where to actually report something like this. Will this player be banned for causing lag for everyone else?

Doubt they would get banned. If you have issues with peoples posts or spam then just use the handy block feature. Then you won't see anything they post. Because of that block feature is why most people wouldn't get banned. So just use it lol. Aside from this, if you have SERIOUS issues with player's ie cheating in rated, AFK in rated, spamming die rolls/coin flips/token summons etc. in rated then use the Report Abuse at the top of the forums and be sure to include a screenshot or the replay of the offense. Moderators usually deal with those in a fairly quick time frame. Spamming messages can be easily dealt with though by using said Block function. Just be warned that those you block will not be filtered out in rated matches.
