Who decides what features are REMOVED?

So just to be clear, features like group chats previously, and now the Message tab, which let you look at previously sent/received messages, have been removed, and there are no problems with that...
but removing the gender selection option, which multiple people have agreed would fix the lack of representation for trans/non-binary players by encouraging people to just add the preferred gender/pronoun info to their profile description and a feature very few actually use, and even fewer care about having, that is here to stay, even though it caused multiple problems... why? because it's "too woke" to remove it.
