judges are rarely ever online, people are cheating and maliciously afking in rated, people are being severely harassed in game and out, reports take weeks-months to get any kind of follow-up, there are people openly talking about ban evading and if you talk about it, you get your posts removed and a warning from staff.

Another thing is the rated matching glitch (where you are paired with a phantom opponent) is happening ALL the time lately. So people are forced to quit the duel and lose rating cause the site is bugged to hell

to be honest i would piss off to masterduel as thats more reliable

Wow! The official video game adaptation has more reliable matchmaking than a fan made website.
