Exposing the Judges: Freezing Players for Accidents

This morning, I was attempting to copy (via ctrl + c) the name of a card to paste it in the chat (via ctrl + v, enter.) The copy command did not work for me, and I ended up pasting the last thing I had copied on my computer before entering DuelingBook: a link to a gay porn video. I was immediately shocked and apologized within seconds.

Even though this was an accident, the judges froze me. Not only that, but they also froze me beyond the 1-7 days range listed in the Rules (for 12 days.)

How is that "judging" and taking context into account? You are freezing your player base for honest accidents? What message is that sending? Or rather, what did I do wrong here that I deserve to be punished for?

This targeting is starting to feel like blatant homophobia and discrimination from the judges team towards me.

Why do I have the feeling that GayNProud didn't do it by accident, but did it as a troll.

the freeze was 100% legitimate and warranted as there is no excuse to ever post porn on the site even if by "accident". We just decided we didnt think it was needed to be kept to prevent future issues.

Not quite, but also, I would trust someone who can admit to and reflect on mistakes, eh Mr. "Somewhat responsible for 5+ locked threads"

weird how in none of those threads did i resort to namecalling, telling the other person to "shut the f*ck up" or willingly spread misinformation, i think even saying "somewhat responsible" is giving me too much credit.

Yes, stating that saying lgbtq people deserve less rights... is homophobic, thats not name calling, its just an accurate observation, which has already been covered.

saying they don't deserve a right that others don't have isn't homophobic it just points out there's an inequality that shouldn't be there.
so you are stating something false about judges which would be under name calling

You also been told the context and you still scream "homophobic". So yes, it is name calling.

I guarantee you, it's not just him.

If anything, all Excelion is doing is bringing out the absolute worst of certain people to the point where I can no longer take them seriously either.
