freeze appeal

It has been a long time since I've played Dueling Book as my account has been frozen permanently for my past behavior. I want to appeal for it as I regret all the things that I have done back then and I believe I deserve another chance, however, I'm concerned that they would deny my appeal due to my previous actions at that time. Ever since I was perma frozen., it had given me time to reflect on myself as it made me realize that being toxic to others was never going to help me.

hi i have been frozen for cheating and dont know what i did i just followed konami rules and didnt reveal hand knowledge can anyone help me with this
